LOL I love Thai food too! Thai food here isn't the same as it is in Western NY though. Good conversation above. I prefer the front of the upper deck because it's the view I'm used to on TV and I guess after so many years I have a real good feel for the game from there. I never sat mid- to high-lower bowl so I can't comment on that view, but I've sat between 3rd row and 12th row field level and while I was closer to the excitement I lost a feel for the bigger picture of the game. To each his own! I've never used stub hub, and could consider trying a couple times a year, but to manage it every game wasn't attractive. If I was only going to have to worry about getting rid of a couple of games a season, or if it was in my plans to return home in the next couple years, I would have kept the tickets. But since neither of those is the case, it was time to let the tix go. Go Bills!!

Just let my season tickets go after 24 years. Got them the day we signed Jim Kelly. Moved to Thailand, and can't find people to use the tickets. Watching the games live at 1AM and 4AM through my SlingBox from Bangkok. Go Bills!!!!!!!! Someone will be able to get 4 wonderful seats in Section 311 on the 50.

Just my two cents, but I don't think your comparison is valid. 9AM registration is much different from 9AM kickoff, no comparison. 9AM is the time registration opens, not the time everyone needs to be registered by! Remember, buses were required to get there, so it would have been impossible for everyone wanting to register to get there before 9AM -- too many people and too few buses. The parking lot at Sutherland HS at 9:15AM (I was there walking my dogs) was more crowded than any other practice day, by far! I showed up at 9:50AM (not there for the kid's event, just there for practice), and at that point the Kid's event line was all the way back to the road, and then an additional 15 yards up the sidewalk, and that wasn't single file it was filled with clumps of families!! So for what it's worth, the registration process didn't appear as smooth as it could be. (Fortunately they allowed the regular camp visitors to bypass the line and walk around!). macnmotion

Thanks everyone. I'm using a digital camera. Canon 5D mark II. today used a 70-200 f2.8 lens. Not a lot of reach, so had to crop these from the originals. I'm not shooting in any type of burst mode, I'm following one player, and based on his reaction in the viewfinder I'm clipping off one photo trying to capture the ball just before landing in his hands. With lineman drills, I just try to time a collision. Andy

I don't have any intention now of selling these photos. The copyright notice was more to keep others from misusing my images, for instance putting them on their own websites, etc. I'vew had many people in the past try to take credit for photos I took. The alternative is to not share my photos, but that's not what I want. Andy

Yeah, I don't retain it when cropping and resizing for the web. However, here are the basics: Canon 5D Mark II (21 megapizel). Canon 70-200 f2.8L IS w/ Canon 2x teleextender. Most shots were shot between 300-400mm (exceptions were when I went wider on punt receptions to capture the ball). Aperture Priority Mode at f5.6 (the 2x extender doubles a lens' minimum aperture). ISO ranged between 200-640 depending on cloudcover at the time, with goal to have exposure minimum 1/2000 second to stop the ball (many shots were above 1/4000). Center weighted metering. AI Servo focusing mode. All shots in RAW, but Auto White Balance worked just fine. Shots were taken handheld w/ image stabilization on (I tried a monopod at first, but I'm not used to it so I bagged it). Andy

Hi everyone. A friendly short word on copyright and my posts. I just found out my photos were embedded and linked into forums on buffalobills.com, and even that at least one was printed and taken this afternoon to be autographed. I don't watermark these, and only post low resolution versions, and my hope is to provide some enjoyment to the many posters here who have provided me the same over the years. Canon 5D digital SLR. It also shoots HD Video -- but I'm just playing around with that right now, that's why exposure is screwed up. Yes, it was handheld from the visitor's stands at St. John Fisher.
