  1. Besides a taste for the sauce/clubbing there are other psychological/emotional impediments to be being able to play (all that matters). He has been a stubborn, uncoachable diva at times. His inability to quiet the urge to hang the not-so-subtly passive aggressive note on his locker falls in line with reports of his childish, selfish behavior.
  2. This sign is a passive-aggressive billboard for how deep he thinks he is. It's also not his first and only demonstration of this behavior.
  3. Just to recap: he left this note on his locker after clean out this year: This guy really thinks highly of himself. Not a fan, personally.
  4. I get the impression people think Wade Phillip's magical scheme fits on the back of a postage stamp. I doubt the accuracy of this impression.
  5. And their record against the 2015 Bills was 0-2.
  6. Swap our game vs. the Bengals and their game vs. the Browns (set because of 2014 finishes) and we have identical records.
  7. Seriously? People think TT deserves franchise money?
  8. I'll asks this is news? Not to be snarky. Because I thought this happened like 6 weeks ago.
  9. Doesn't matter where he goes. He will start for them. In some capacity. In some way. It's just the Fitz effect. And that will make, what? Seven teams? Will that be an NFL record?
  10. LOL, Jets. And people think we're in rough cap/roster shape.
  11. Put it in his/your way, then put it in mine: http://1aiway.com/nlp4net/services/enparser/
  12. Daaaaaah! But this was such a great opportunity to illustrate for Gunner the hazards of expletive sentence structure and prepositional modifers!
  13. Yeah, simply put, I don't think Mario can accomplish in the next four years what Peppers has in his last four years. Namely, I don't think Mario has another 36 sacks in him, period. I could be wrong.
  14. Personally, I think the Mario/Peppers comparison is kinda lazy. Mario Williams and Julius are two entirely different kind of athletes. Both of them elite. But Mario Williams never walked onto a Final Four basketball team and did wild **** like this: Mario and Peppers are the same size and they play the same position. But in terms of shear athleticism, Mario really couldn't ever hold a candle to Peppers. So I don't think we can reasonably project Mario's longevity because of what Peppers has accomplished. In each their first 10 seasons: Mario played in 145 games, Peppers 152. Peppers had 100 sacks, Mario 96. Mario had 308 tackles, Peppers 385. Mario has never had an interception, Peppers at 7 in his first 10 years. Mario was borderline useless a lot year. Was it scheme? Was it insubordination? Was it his physical decline? I don't think we definitively know the answer, to be honest. But wherever the truth lies (and we'll have a pretty good idea by this time next year), I reckon physical decline will be in the mix.
  15. I guess then you just invalidate all the points made in this thread about the NFL NOT being of the same standards for the rest of the "western world."
  16. I think he did two things wrong. Disclose details of a behind-the-scenes meeting that took place in an implicitly hush-hush environment on an implicitly hush-hush topic Make light of it in a public interview, thus demonstrating his lack of wherewithal on the issue's sensitivity and how the media would portray it To me, both slips demonstrate a pretty signifiant lack of savvy on his part. LAMP: I was asked in an interview once how I vote. I'm perfectly aware that this was inappropriate. But this was for a government job working for an elected official. Still inappropriate. But I knew it was in my best interest to keep my mouth shut about it.
  17. Since AW went down in week 2, I've been pretty adamant about our glaring need for safety(s). I believe that need remains.
  18. The only reason? I gave you five. I don't discount the sixth one you provided, however. How essential is speed for CB3, however?
  19. He exists to convince Bills fans that everything is going/gone/will be wrong. Once you come to terms with that filter, his content is much easier to contextualize. To me, that context means means his analysis should be marginalized. Always.
  20. Tough to argue with an idealist. You're absolutely correct. But you're an idealist.
