  1. this issue stuck out to me as THE REASON the fitz debacle has been so protracted obviously they'd rather lock up mo, so they can't compromise on a qb of fitz's caliber
  2. Oh, the organization isn't a possibility: it's a certainty. It's what PR/Crisis firms do, and Brady/Pats* have the best ones money can buy. The strategy is to flood the consciousness with information. Whether or not that information is accurate or relevant doesn't apply.
  3. it's going take a full-on **** truck slamming into a fireworks store for Ryan to be fired.
  4. Jesus...may be B'Lo's not ready for two steak joints after all...
  5. Exactly. A run-based power offense with a mobile quarterback = defenses crowding the middle (which, to an extent explains the low number of passes there). Seems like you'd want a QB who excels at/prefers throwing to the sidelines.
  6. As a Chicagoan, I almost fell out of my chair when the notion of a city not supporting more than one steakhouse was introduced. We have high end steakhouses inside high end steakhouses. I'm not kidding.
  7. I'd be shocked if they don't already. I also wouldn't be shocked if he's making it up. And I wouldn't be outraged if he was...in June.
  8. McCoy tweaked his hammy? Wasn't expecting the champagne to pop in early June!
  9. Can we just not have a thread with the words Tyrod and Achilles in its title? I peed a little.
  10. Jets call you today?
  11. John, you're a great news man!
  12. The best thing to come from this--by far--is Wawrow calling out LaConfora on twitter...sorry tough to post the whole thing, take these screen grabs.
  13. I'm inclined to say that's true. I'd be "loving it" while squirming, furiously, on the inside. It's hard to watch without this context...
  14. It blows my mind that in early June fans believe--definitively--we WILL not finish top 10 or top 5. I'm sure there are some O3's who feel the opposite, but nearly enough to balance out the N3's.
  15. Hmmm...I hadn't considered heat mapping this issue... [cracks knuckles]
  16. If your point was that Rex dropped D-Lineman into coverage way too often and that's a problem, the cover1 link does nothing to support that. Unless you think 3% of Mario's snaps and and 0.6% of Marcel's are "too many."
  17. Speculating that the 2014 defense would have its weaknesses exposed is precisely that. However, we can assuredly rely on health being a factor. The 2014 defense was freakishly healthy. Experts were on record last offseason that a decline was imminent since the lack of injuries was simply (based on historical data) unsustainable.
  18. Yes, and also, as a safety your coverage gaffes tend to have dire consequences, as was several times the case with Graham (Jax and Philly come to mind immediately).
  19. i was hoping safety would be a draft or FA priority. we got blanton?
  20. You're welcome to interpret what I say or how I say it any way you like, but I def you to find any post where I outwardly call someone "stupid." I also don't relish in the TSW's discourse as some sort of life-affirming drum circle. And I certainly don't expect to have any real impact on someone via a virtual relationship about a football team. I'd happily spend time with anyone here in person, and I'm sure that would change our relationship quite a bit. But don't mistake my presence here as some kind of self-appointed band leader of the wisdom dispersion brigade. And thus don't equate my conduct or my attitude toward conduct, with his. If you had difficulty understanding the heat maps (I'll gladly repost them), you should ask for clarity rather than dismiss them. They're pretty straight forward. But I guess you didn't have trouble understanding them since you equated them to a perfectly easy to interpret--even with zero context--line graph. It was a simpler way of saying: everyone I watch games with, everyone I talk to about the Bills that isn't affiliate with this board and even mine own eyes tell me that Graham sucked last year. When the man who has made no qualms of his personal vendetta against DBs suddenly pipes up to support the one I'm critical of, it's best to just leave it alone.
  21. Is this the kind of thoughtful, reasoned discourse you were patting yourself on the back over just two weeks ago? http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/186543-the-nattering-nabobs-of-negativity/page-22?do=findComment&comment=3952398
