  1. Yes, because it's all about you.
  2. This has been fun.
  3. And you're using the article as an excuse not to answer my original question then: /
  4. Must be a day that ends in 'y'
  5. Apologies, I inferred you had no problem with granting benefits to "anchor babies." So, based on what you said, I assumed there was a range between "anchor baby" and 13 where amnesty might be granted.
  6. Fair enough. You think a line should be drawn, and evidently that line comes before the age of 13?
  7. So you don't believe in amnesty for those born here. Why should they be denied benefits because of someone else's transgressions?
  8. So it's the illegal part. That's fine. So anyone who's here, been here, the children they've had here, all of them should be sent back? I'm not casting judgement, I'm just really curious what you think an alternative would be. Why don't you two ask Chef. He's the one who bolded Tgreg's line.
  9. What'st the problem? The illegal part or minimizing inherent injustice?
  10. Right, but at PPP, there are only two solutions: Adopting Obama's extremist failed policies Tough Titties
  11. I'll never tell...
  12. Smaller than mine...
  13. Ha! When I was a child I felt like I could fly because Superman could.
  14. The reality of my world is that I started working here on the exact same day as a girl roughly my age. I make more money than her...because I asked for it. She took what I was offered, I did not. And as far as I'M concerned, that exact scenario explains away a MAJOR chunk of the "gender gap."
  15. I'd pay to watch that!
  16. Hey gang-- Our office has a public folder where we keep our common contacts and we have two issues I'm trying to resolve: Not everybody is always editing/drawing from the same source material that syncs with everyone else's exchange For some unknown reason, only I can access those contacts from my iPhone Any tech-heads out there who can resolve this. We're a small firm (10), and we outsource IT issues to an off-site company whom I put on this caper with no luck thus far. Thanks in advance
  17. It never ceases to baffle me that you clowns can do this all day, every day, and it never gets old.
  18. Oh, then never mind. I was wrong. Construction workers throughout the vast majority of our country are swamped. My bad. People are definitely building a lot right now, that's for sure.
  19. I was thinking defense too. You don't have to be big to play defense, just fast enough and strong enough to run/take the other guy down. If we're talking about a league of athletic clones, where the guys on offense have the same athletic skills as the guys on defense, same attributes, same everything, then it sounds a lot like rugby to me. But, rather than a field full of big lumbering guys, I want to see what a bunch of stocky, quick guys can do. More exciting, I'd venture.
  20. You guys aren't so stupid as to make fish for an argument this way. Obviously, America works in the same way (theoretically), but nobody NO WHERE has an economy of such wealth on a scale nearly the size of NYC. Throughout the VAST majority of our country, there's no such thing as construction workers with too much work on their hands, it's the exact opposite, and you damn well know it.
  21. Ha, right. And by "earn" you mean, dependent on the charity of one's corporate over lords. But this entire conversation is moot. Obama is liar who reneges on his promises. So we have nothing to worry about. Your example is sound, but it's very specific to NYC and the surrounding areas--areas that benefit from (hands down) the most lucrative endeavors in America. So, while true in principal, your example is hardly an illustration of how America works.
  22. Darren Sproles, all option, all the time. Every play is a race to the corner.
  23. He is not a socialist. Without reading--how is the notion of "shared prosperity" "socialist" but not also the exact same principle of "trickle-down?"
  24. I love that several members of the O-Line had the Fitzscream as their ringtones last season...
