Going to check out the scouting report in a second, but to address the no-new-qb scenario: i think the lack of FA activity is an indication that the FO isn't in a WIN NOW mindset. So, why over-extend for a non-stellar QB when next year's record isn't a priority and when a deeper, more talented crop is on the horizon?
