I only read the first sentence. But if you believe Barnett was 'decent' than you're fully on board with eBall's summation that Wanny destroyed his players. If Barnett was a 'decent' player, than how do you explain him being the culprit in 80-90% of big plays surrendered last year?

But putting the onus on Nix for Wanny's ineptitude is expecting a certain level of micromanagement from our GM. Obviously Wanny did something at some time to make the FO (and a lot of posters here, too (not that it matters)) believe he could competently do his job. Personally, by week 4, the coaching from the booth **** had me throwing my beer at the TV screen.

My prediction: Poster 1: This is a petty favorable schedule, you guys. I can count 9 easy wins, 3 up for grabs, and 4 more that will be really tough. I think an 11 or 12 win season is possible. Poster 2: Looking at this schedule, I'm having difficulty imaging this pathetic team being able to win one game. Seriously, I don't think we will win a single game this year. Thanks a lot, Obama. Reality: Somewhere in between.

Ugh...Information in the lead up to the draft is disseminated and reported on thanks to agents and agents alone. I know for certain the Kiper has ties to agents and that's what gives him a shred of credibility...but Ansah--while he seems like a great story--having only started nine games, having never heard of football until 2010 it the complete antecedent to Nix's formula.

This thread sucks. But it's one week until the draft, so whether or not speculation is plausible has no bearing, whatsoever.

Tailgating there is a trip, but there's a ton of stuff nearby (casino). Stadium is great.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally... I'd love him at #8...quarterbacks with a penchant for winning are invaluable. Quaterbacks who won four bowl games during their college tenure are about as rare as they get. I don't care so much about a QB's eyes, his arm, his legs, his presence, his blah blah blah. Give me a winner. And given what EJ does have going on in the measurables department...well, there you have it.
