  1. Yes. He's calling the fans who want Rex fired after 11 games insane, which they are.
  2. The poignancy of that picture only grows.
  3. Sorry but safety, lb, ot, nt, and 34de are all much much much much much bigger needs than backup qb.
  4. Neither photo nor description were necessary. This is the c*nt we all pictured.
  5. If there's one thing history has shown (repeatedly) it's what we can expect when college big wigs hit the pros. Also, what are the odds Pettine comes back? Gawd I'd love to see this defense go back on the 'attack.' Not that I truly hate what Rex has been doing. I actually think we're seeing a perfect storm of scheme finding its legs and players just not holding up their end of the bargain. One could cover up the other. Instead, they're having a staring contest to see which finds success first.
  6. I love reading posts like these, critiques of our system based in the assumption that our flawed QB makes every read correctly and is executing plays and scheme to perfection.
  7. Gold digger? I think the preferred term these days is 'c*nt.'
  8. YEP. Answer: zero in the must win KC game and zero in the winnable Pats* game. Blame scheme all you want, players had chances, they failed.
  9. EVidently he was grumbling with reporters again today about scheme.
  10. Uh oh. https://twitter.com/MarkLud12/status/672822640206348288 http://twitter.com/viccarucci/status/672823352185257984
  11. There are no political parties in Chicago. At least not technically. So, technically, your poorly made infographic is wrong.

  13. That's like saying, I need to change my diet: like eat more salads or drink more whiskey.
  14. Know how I know most of the posters in this thread are gay?
  15. The fun part is trying to guess which is the Bills and which is the fans.
  16. Just saw the url. What in god's name is Jezebel offended about this week?
  17. Here's what I'd like to know: what kind of TD's have proceeded missed XP's. We lead the league in touch downs of 20+ yards (by a considerable margin). There's good reason to believe he's not up warming up when the team scores from so far out. Has he missed following scores like these? And likewise, around the league, are misses coming after defensive or special teams touch downs? Scores which happen faster than the kicker can get physically/mentally ready for what is no longer a layup? We lost by 8. If he doesn't, we don't go for 2. If he makes that one, it's a six point game. I understand we then shat the bed on the final drive, but the scope of the game changes dramatically.
  18. IIRC, each of Carpenter's missed XP's (last week, one against NYG, and I can't remember the other one...JAX?) forced us in to conversion scenarios which ultimately failed in games ultimately decided by a single score. They've had a huge impact on close games.
  19. All seven losses came against AFC opponents, would have been eight if the Pats* had played their starters. So 5-7, but more like 4-8 against conference opponents. One of those wins was against the Browns, two against the hapless, foot out the door Jets, thus leaving one "quality" AFC win last year against...The Dolphins. Whoopee. To Schwartz's credit, he did very well against his former divisional foes in the NFC North, where we went 4-0. Those wins: Three missed field goals that led to the game winner as time expired against Detroit. The game winner with no time against Minnesota. An overtime win over the (pitiful) 2014 Bears. And the Green Bay win. If not for those squeakers, 2014 could have been...yeesh...real ugly.
