OTAs are not going not to determine a winner. The coaches may have a favorite in the back of their minds but this competition will be decided come training camp. What I want to see is an offense that grows and can win their fair share of battles against this defense. If the defense is beating them down all summer long I would start to worry. If the offense can hold up their end against the 1st string defense and win some battles we will have a good shot at breaking the playoff streak.

We have that guy in Tyrod Taylor I believe. He is a lock to make this team as they can find ways to use him even if he doesn't win the starting job. Cassel or EJ are the most likely cuts depending on the outcome of training camp.

Kid was definitely over coached by the previous staff. After the injury they neutered him and that was all Marrone. Guys mentioned Hackett was held back he doesn't seem the type to play it safe. Fresh start for Manuel let the best man win.

I would take a flyer on La'el Collins in the 7th if he doesn't show up oh well. There are not a lot of open spots on this team and most likely a late rounder like Whaley said is not making this team. I also wouldn't mind seeing them packaging some picks to move up to the 4th grab a DE/DT.

Teams were scared off by the stress fracture apparently but it is not like a career ending injury. Probably headed for surgery but I would still make that pick as OT will become even a bigger need if Glenn walks in FA.

If they were fielding calls to trade back I wish they did. Miller is kinda on the smallish side but is strong if he gets his hands on you. However, needs a lot of technique work gets beat a lot. I don't see him starting on opening day. I wish we went tackle instead someone you could move inside if needed. Miller is a strictly a guard and is an ok pick but TJ Clemmings provided better value with 1st round ability.

Regardless if you agree or disagree with Rex's coaching style. The problem also shows the lack of leadership in the Jets locker room. I don't believe the Bills will have this problem. If a player is out of line and their actions are affecting the team. I believe something will be said and it will be handled internally. Rex needs to find that balance with having the player's back while maintaining discipline. Hopefully, his prior experiences make him a better coach.

Why not keep both QBs. If one turns out to be better you keep the other one as the backup and a trade chip if some other team is willing to make a generous offer.

I think this move shows how lacking the QBs in the draft are. Taylor will come in and compete with Tuel for # 3. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills forgo drafting someone now.

This will be an extremely athletic group if we manage to sign Clay. The pieces are coming together just need to fix this o line and get some decent QB play from somewhere.

I hope this is a ploy to get the Jets to up their offer and give Powell extra money. Deal makes no sense Boobie Dixon is your special teams guy. Can the team please focus on bringing in some real o line talent in versus spending time collecting RBs. Need tough guys who can open a hole and don't get blown up in the running game. If Powell signs Fred is probably a goner. No way you keep 5 rbs unless you plan to convert one of them to FB either Boobie or Powell.

Yep and they also have a cap budget so Easley is not a high priority. I am sure the team and his agent have already discussed numbers. Unless the team is completely low balling him a deal could probably be done now. However signing Easley at X now may limit what they can offer another player.
