  1. If Bills are in contention next year as we expect barring injuries. Hope the FO is aggressive come trade deadline if we need to make moves in push for the Super Bowl.
  2. If Linderbaum is there at #25 would love pick. Don’t think he makes it to the Bills could see the Cardinals and Cowboys both picking him if he even drops that far.
  3. As CEO of team think McDermott has done good job of managing the entire team. I do question some of his game day calls but same can be said for any coach. However, I think the defense would be in better hands if McDermott was calling the plays with the same players versus Frazier. Don’t think McDermott has it in him to take away play calling duties and demote his friend.
  4. For the most part Bills have always been conservative under McDermott and played down to their competition. Some of that had to do with playing a young QB who they were trying to limit mistakes and prevent Josh from having to play hero ball. This year When they had their backs against the wall and had to win end of the season is when they begun to make strides. Here’s hoping we keep that aggressive mindset next year especially on offense.
  5. Pass rush that can actually bring down the QB and not lose contain constantly.
  6. haha dude was running like it was a preseason game. Cost me an overs jacket from Barstool Sportsbook.
  7. I could see this happening. Mike Brown has never been a big spender and that has put the Bengals at a competitive disadvantage. That and me being not sold on Zac Taylor as coach could make it difficult for the bengals to return.
  8. Dude was running out there like he was in a preseason game. Horrible decision there.
  9. Yeah still bitter Bills had great chance of winning super bowl if they had gotten past the Chiefs.
  10. Like Metchie in the 2nd. Tyreek Hill comp sign me up. https://thedraftnetwork.com/player/john-metchie-iii
  11. It isn’t any different from Daboll who listened to feedback from the players. I think it is fine to have open communication with the players as long the coach remains in charge and runs things the way he wants. Also, having experienced coaches in Brady and Kromer will help a first time play caller in Dorsey.
  12. Apparently Bass wasn't in the Special Teams huddle and never got the call. Reason why there was confusion once he kicked into the end zone. So obviously there was some miscommunication and probably why Farwell is no longer coaching here.
  13. Kicking on the side apparently.
  14. No issues with how the team handled things here. It is one thing to earn a contract and it is another to keep it. If Spain couldn’t handle some competition for his spot team made right decision moving on.
  15. Would make sense but not all those reports came after he was fired. Seems Flores had issues with people throughout the organization including their QB they wanted to build around.
  16. Honestly don’t see Frazier leaving. I would prefer if Sean takes over play calling next season but don’t see it happening.
  17. Bye Levi nice knowing you.
  18. I like someone on the staff who has called plays before. This will be beneficial to Dorsey as he gets acclimated.
  19. He was but doesn’t mean they couldn’t disagree on selection. If Grier was in control of 53 and wanted Tua and other people agreed. Flores could have went along with the majority which could have included the owner even if he preferred someone else. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was main contention between the Front office and HC which lead to his firing. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10013297-dolphins-rumors-brian-flores-preferred-to-draft-justin-herbert-over-tua-tagovailoa https://thespun.com/nfl/afc-east/miami-dolphins/report-brian-flores-tua-tagovailoa-got-into-shouting-match
  20. What people say in public and behind closed doors are two separate things. Not surprised he would back his QB. However, his actions spoke otherwise like when he benched Tua for Fitzpatrick. I don’t think he was in love with Tua and Dolphins as a team looked into trading for Watson last year. So definitely believe not everyone in that organization was sold on Tua being the long term answer.
  21. Maybe all things being equal majority of owners and GMs which are white are going to hire people they relate to in a lot of instances. Until you start seeing more diversity at top starting with owners there will always be some discrepancy. However, life isn’t fair and even then doesn’t guarantee anything. Shad Khan is a non white owner and none of his hires so far have included a minority coach.
  22. Apparently Flores wanted Herbert. There was also this report. There was some rift between Flores and Grier my guess mainly over the QB and Ross stuck with his GM. https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/patriots/nfl-rumors-did-brian-flores-tell-tua-tagovailoa-hed-rather-have-mac-jones
  23. Ross is white and hired a black GM Grier and HC in Flores. Could it be that Schoen had ties to Daboll and that familiarity helped him get hired. It is not a cut and dry case.
  24. From all reports out of Miami appears he was difficult to work with and had caused a lot of friction within the team and FO.
  25. Maybe he should have reported that to HR and the league if Ross allegedly did what he was claiming at the time it happened. There is a reason why companies have ethics training. Seems like he is trying to settle some scores and pass it off as him taking a stand for the betterment of everyone else. Will see what comes from this. Maybe he is paid to settle out of court. However, I have hard time seeing any organization wanting to deal with him in the future.
