McDermott can groom someone while promoting from within during this transition period if Frazier leaves. Super bowl window may never be as big as it is now. McDermott needs to slay the KC dragon next year. It is no longer about making the playoffs. McDermott/Beane should be graded on getting this team to the Super Bowl.

I think I would like to see McDermott call plays on defense. When he took play calling away from Frazier for like that 1 game they were much more aggressive.

Honestly think it was Frazier’s conservative nature which hurt the Bills down the stretch in that Chief’s game and here is hoping he gets one of these HC openings. One of his former players even seemed to indicate this. Former Viking linebacker Ben Leber said on radio here in MN the other morning that Leslie Frazier used to call such conservative defense late in games, players discussed in-huddle changing the call on the fly. Looks like he still calls it that way…

Can't believe there wasn't a happy medium between calling what we did and then Todd Bowles in Tampa calling Cover 0 which allowed Kupp to beat them deep. I would have played aggressive and had someone check those guys at the line of scrimmage and let anyone else but Hill or Kelce to beat you.

I think Mitch has been decent but we could probably use an upgrade at Center. Need to figure out if Bates is better at there or if he should remain at Guard. Really like Tyler Linderbaum C from Iowa coming out this year but probably won't have a shot at him. Thinking he goes in the top 20. Upgrading the interior so we can move on from Williams would be ideal. I am fine with Brown and Dawkins at the T position. Although I would like to see Brown take some reps at LT in the offseason and Dawkins at G.

Doesn’t mean you can’t upgrade defensive line in FA. Speed is needed at all levels to keep up with this track team at KC. Bills gave up close to 200 yds on ground again and issues starts up front.

TIme to root for the Bengals and Rams. Can’t stomach another KC super bowl.

One defense was ranked #1 and the other near the bottom. Loss was on the defense no other way to put it.

Defensive line just not good enough and needs to be overhauled in the offseason. I would move on from Hughes, Star, and Addison to start. Mahomes had all day to make plays and even when we got pressure couldn’t bring him down.

Team needs to stop playing scared and afraid to lose. I think that Hill catch and run TD forced them to be way too conservative. Still hate they didn’t try to run some clock by kicking short or going for a squib kick.

Defense cost Allen his moment right there. Terrible defensive playcalls with 13 sec left.

Love the disrespect from Michael Holley about the Bills not being that good. Funny how when the Pats beat the Bills in that wind storm game all the talk was about the Pats owning the division again. However, now the narrative is the Pats were not good to begin with.

On defense need to see them get off the field on 3rd and long. Also, when there is a sack to be made have to bring the guy down. KC is going to put up points once they hit the redzone try to limit them to FGs. On offense establish the run and keep them guessing. Allen needs to recognize coverage and hit the hot guy. If we can establish at least the threat of the run will open entire offense up.
