Anarumo schooled Dorsey who never could get Allen in a rhythm. Allen is partially to blame as well but that is because he is asked to carry team and make those highlight reel plays. We had no counter to what Cincy was doing so plenty of improvement to go around next season. Yeah I have been on board with this. Don't renew Frazier's contract and let him go quietly. I don't see a hire coming from outside the organization and them installing new defense. McDermott promotes someone from within to handle the day to day while he calls plays on gameday. McDermott should be on the hot seat next year and it is time to put onus on him to get team to the Super Bowl. It starts with his defense which has under performed despite the amount of money spent.

For a team with Super Bowl aspirations. McDermott should be the bottom of the list. Handled the Hamlin situation the best possible way but that to me doesn't deserve coach of the year honors.

This is nothing new everyone could see how bad this line was from just watching them over the years. Josh masks number of deficiencies to make them look passable. I would blow it up and start over. Draft LT who can compete on the right side with Brown and eventually take over for Dawkins. Move Bates to Center who I don't think is a huge drop off from Morse. Upgrade both Guard positions. Offseason focus should be developing run game which does not make team so one dimensional and dependent on Allen.

I am sure they won't announce any move immediately and if there are coaching changes will be announced quietly after they go through their internal review.

Hopefully Spencer Brown works in the offseason to put some weight especially in the lower half. Looks more like a TE than offensive lineman out there. Beane has to bring in some competition to push him in the offseason.

Don't hate idea of cutting Morse as I think Bates can play Center and maybe better suited their versus playing guard. Didn't notice much if any drop off when he had to play for Morse in the past who has injury concerns. Morse is a big locker room guy and Josh loves him so unless he retires don't see it happening though. Upgrade both guard positions and bring in tackle to compete with Brown with long term goal to replace Dawkins on the left side.

Don't pay top dollar for FA RBs it is never worth it. Draft and replace once they come up on their rookie deals.

Mike Brown historically has been very cheap when it comes to spending money on the Bengals. They will have to spend minimum amount of the cap so definitely see Burrows and Chase getting paid. Will see when the time comes with the other guys.

McDermott comes from Jim Johnson 4-3 attacking type system. I still believe it is more about the play caller versus system itself. McDermott should be on hot seat next year and take on calling plays. I just can’t see anything changing much if things remain status quo. Hopefully someone hires Frazier to be their HC but don’t see that happening.

Deep ball still has lower percentage of being completed versus throw few yards away. Tre made play on ball just last week against Dolphins on deep ball that he was able recover and knock it out of the player’s hand.

If Frazier stays still believe McDermott needs to call the plays on gameday.

I am not in the camp that we would have won in a dome. Cincy clearly dominated us on both sides of the ball. However, I will say that the weather doesn't provide any advantage to this team. Bills are a finesse team that are just not physical enough. They play like a track team that would be better off playing in ideal conditions.

I say put McDermott on the hot seat and have him call plays next season. Promote from within so someone can handle the day to day stuff. I don't them see them bringing in someone from the outside and installing a new system.

Can’t see them trading their only 1 legit weapon on offense. Unless you have his replacement lined up you have to stick with him. Diggs is an emotional player and I think this little outburst will be forgotten in no time. I don’t have any concerns with Allen and Diggs moving past this.

Still matters what plays are being called and when. I don’t doubt McDermott would have been more aggressive with the play calling versus guy like Frazier. We lost that game in the 1st quarter and was never able to recover. Years ago when McDermott took over play calling in the middle of the game from Frazier and defense looked totally different despite being the same defensive system. Dude gave it his all and played hurt. It was a pleasure watching him play and Poyer will be missed. However, I don’t believe the Bills will be able to keep him barring something drastic like Hyde retiring. I fully expect to only see 1 of them back with team next year.

I would move on from Singletary. Resources should go to upgrading the trenches. Can find someone to split carries with Cook either in the draft or a Vet on 1yr deal looking to compete for Super Bowl.

And how many other QBs does this? I wouldn’t have put it past the Pats to circumvent the salary cap and compensate Brady in other ways. So for me Brady is the exception and not the standard which other QBs can be judged.

I wouldn’t mind moving Bates to C if Morse decides to retire. I don’t see them moving on from a locker room guy like Morse but I would seriously consider blowing the entire line up and starting over. Would look to upgrade both Guard positions and bring in tackle that can compete with Brown. Would consider moving Dawkins to the right side if team can find someone better at pass protection.

McDermott should be on the hot seat starting next year. As CEO and guy who was responsible for building winning culture in Buffalo he has done good job. As HC have questioned some of his game day decisions but bigger issue is guys he has calling plays. Would move on from Frazier and have McDermott call plays next season while promoting from within to handle the day to day. Almost have to give Dorsey a pass being that it was his first year and offense has put up similar numbers. Feel he is limited by this offensive line which has also hurt Allen’s growth. #1 objective in the offseason should be upgrade offensive line and develop running game.

Weather has not been an advantage for this team and they are finesse team who can’t run the ball when you need to in weather conditions like this.

O-line needs complete overhaul would start there first. Have to develop some semblance of running game. I would consider moving Bates to Center and look at upgrading both G positions while also bringing in some competition at RT. Safety, #2 WR and DE are other positions I would look at secondarily.

Everyone they were favored for a reason and were Super Bowl favorites for majority of year. You don’t make Von Miller signing if you weren’t going all in this year. Not sure how anyone can say they met or exceeded any expectations.

A team that was expected to win a Super Bowl and not coming close is not a great year. Only get a few chances at this before window starts to close and these past 2 years were prime opportunities that were squandered.
