Yes this makes the most sense. Team wanted to keep Frazier on staff. McDermott came to him with changes he was looking to make and then he decided to step away from the year. So everything Beane said holds true that they expected Frazier back.

I see a top 10 ranked defense that plays scared and overly conservative against teams with elite QBs. I hope we see a shift away from being a finesse team who allows teams to dictate how they want to play. Believe part of the problem was the play caller who is no longer here. I rather be aggressive and lose versus soft and underwhelming. Focus on Red zone defense and limiting TDs scored against. If this results in a middle of the pack defense that is fine. Key to a Super Bowl rests on the offense.

With how the team has underperformed come playoff time the buck stops with McDermott and he needs to right the ship so I am good with this decision.

Sometimes you could have people trying to use the same account and get booted. Depending on seller they would offer replacement login. I rarely experienced many if any issues. I think only once I had to buy it again from another person when original seller didn't respond and login info didn't work. I filed a charge back and got my money back. I am fine with him scrambling when the play breaks down. Obviously needs to do a better job of avoiding unnecessary contact. However, more importantly team and Dorsey needs to avoid calling run plays for him unless you are near the goal line and need a score.

This is what I wanted and I am good with this. Time to put the onus of his defense on McDermott. I never expected them to go outside of the organization so will see if defense continues to under perform in key situations like it has in the past. Super Bowl or bust with this team so they needed to explore all avenues while looking to avoid wasting prime Allen years.

Agree if not able to get one in the draft. Sign veteran RB to compliment and pair with Cook. Fix the O-line and watch Allen take that next step in his development. We just need to have the threat of being able to run the ball but protecting Allen in the pocket is more important for a pass first offense.

Need some pass rush help with Miller coming off ACL. No to any FA Tight end look to the draft instead.

This is where I would go if team is looking to sign a veteran.
