I think McDermott sticks around for at least another season. I could see Pegula making a move before the new stadium opens in 2026 if team continues to underperform. However, if/when there is a new HC it should be someone on the offensive side of the ball to pair with the QB. I do think despite what has been said that Dorsey is on the hot seat and could be fired in the offseason if team fails to turn things around.

Just get to the dance and we have a puncher's chance at least. Hoping D gets healthy come end of the season and the offense finds it groove.

At this point the only hope I have for the Bills to make the playoffs is by winning the AFC east. Stay within 1 game back of Miami and win division the final game of the season. If Jets can split with Miami would be huge for this team.

Cook is not being done any favors with all those predictable Shotgun run calls. Downside with Cook is that he is not a good run blocker. Would like to see him split out wide a little more.

Winning cures all so to me the fun aspect is overblown. Teams have figured out the Bills and we have no counter punch.

This video by Brett Kollmann pretty much shows problem that hasn’t been fixed in multiple seasons. Need to be able to run the ball to take some pressure off the QB. For some reason they continue to run the ball out of Shotgun despite it not being effective and when they have better success lining up behind center. In addition to being so predictable team has no shot despite having good EPA rating. So question is why are they not able to succeed with Josh under center more where you can incorporate more play action to keep teams guessing.

Pressure of reaching a Super Bowl definitely looks to have gotten to this team. A team that I always had questions about how mentally tough they were going to be back forever not just related to the current team/regime.

Can’t see this happening as well. The only way I see Belicheck being pushed out is if Kraft says he is taking away GM duties. At which point Belicheck asks out and they look to trade him to another team.

I will throw in the Cowboys as well. Teams with physical defenses we never seem to match up well against.

All the complimentary football talk leads me to believe McDermott does have a hand in the offense which could be causing additional problems on top of everything. Things haven’t been right with this team since last year. If they don’t turn it around expect Dorsey to be the fall guy come end of the season. Pegula should put McDermott on the hot seat next year especially if team ends up missing the playoffs.

Defense did enough to win the game. The offense which is supposed to be the strength of this team has continued its pattern of starting slow and then trying to pick things up when it is too late. Offensively things have become too disjointed since last year and it appears teams have figured them out. So it is a combination of scheme and the QB. Both Dorsey and Josh need to fix things. If they don’t expect Dorsey to be fired at the end of the season. Some of the blame also falls on McDermott who I think can be overly controlling with all his complimentary football talk. My guess this caused some friction with Daboll when he was here.

Nothing is easy for this team so next 2 games are not a given. However, they are essentially must win games if we want to keep playoff hopes alive.

Gabe can walk in the offseason. Pick by Allen early hurt momentum. Defense did what they could. Need to come up with some turnovers and get off the field on 3rd down. Offense needs to go quick tempo/no huddle early as slow starts are killing this team.
