  1. I wouldn't mind seeing what he can do with a updated OL and better coaches. I also wouldn't mind seeing Clausen here either.
  2. They were racked over the coals during that process. How they made out the way they did shocked me and everyone I know. I am sure the politicians came up with some sort of plan that included doing that for their endorsement in the next election.
  3. And yes, we were burned? I laugh when you state that you are holding politicians accountable, yet you bask one side... classic liberal blah blah blah. You actually meant to say classic politician right?
  4. I have only owned American cars. Never had a problem with them. With that being said, I do love BMWs.
  5. Probably the best way to put it.
  6. I wouldn't blame the unions for this one. Granted they came out of in pretty good shape, however they were raked through the coals throughout the whole process.
  7. It is a known fact that politicians exaggerate what they will do on the campaign trail. To call him an outright liar, I think is wrong. I also wouldn't classify this term as a turd until it's over. There's a long way to go.
  8. Wouldn't the GM shareholders have to give up the remaining value of their shares if they would gone through restructuring privately? Thanks for clearing up the information about the banks. So how would you respond to people who state that the banks have paid back their loans? Besides stating they weren't loans.
  9. Exactly. They are more concerned about who is anti-union than anything else.
  10. So enlighten me, what is the bank bailout to be labeled as?
  11. As far as I know the government was not looking for a share of GMs equity capital. My links were just to state that ALL of the banks have not paid back their loans.
  12. I am sure they figure out a way to get both.
  13. Really? http://money.cnn.com/news/specials/storysu...nt/bankbailout/ GM http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/11/16...g-aid-year-end/
  14. Yeah, SEIU has been one of the most outspoken. Not only did they not go far enough with the unions, it could potentially help the insurance plans they have set up now.
  15. I completely understand d-bag. I just don't believe that the attacks against her will help her out in the long run no matter how much spin and PR her came does. Sorry.
  16. No Democrat could win against Palin? I hope you are not serious. Best way to beat her in an election would be to have open debates with her. She clearly does not know what she is talking about.. if she goes off her talking points even a little bit she be crushed.
  17. Sorry many unions do not want healthcare reform in its current state. Many unions are hoping that changes are made before anything is passed.
  18. Or some crazy person from the right who won't want to spend the money.
  19. I think I am going to attack her more now. As stated one would like to see a better candidate come out of the Republican party. However, if she is placed on that pedestal I am happy with that as well. Would mean an easy election.
  20. Not doing anything weird, just blatently derailing everything and acting like angels. They are a major part of the problem.
