  1. I like their draft picks for the Bills. Let's see if it can happen.
  2. I am going with 12 BEFORE they trade away a few for either another FA or to move up.
  3. I agree with this. From what I understand the dude can seriously block well. I like the idea of the Bills grabbing him since he is a very well rounded TE. With that being said, they HAVE to address the lines. I like the idea of getting Brown on the Bills but I seriously don't see him falling to #28. The one unknown right now is that there may be some moves being worked behind the scenes in regards to Parrish, Kelsay and Simpson. More draft picks and trade bait.
  4. Ok, I have changed my mind. From what I have now seen. I want the Bills to get Orakpo. Dear god that dude is huge.
  5. Damn that woman for being honest to her beliefs.
  6. I was actually thinking about Scheffler from the Broncos. I look at their contracts as if I was to sign a contract... unless I add in the language stating that I can receive bonuses, etc. based on performance I should not be able to sit back and whine or not do my job until I get that bonus or raise. I can see players wanting or requesting an extension or more money in the later part of their contract but when they have two plus years left it's ridiculous and unfortunately something we all as fans have to live with.
  7. You know, people will complain about Trent wearing a glove or gloves, say that he can't throw the long ball, etc., etc. However, he has played very well so far. I firmly believe that we have a stud QB. Any smart team would continue to bolster the lines to protect him. Once the lines are set or close to it, bring in the flash players... which we already have two for what could be a long time in Evans and Lynch. Owens obviously only one year. So depending on what the Bills do to give TE some time, we could have a very good year ahead of us. Everything to me, relies on building those lines... offense and defense.
  8. He reminded me of Reuben Brown. One year great, the next he's upset and a turnstile - scary how a millionaire needs motivation. Plus, I have always been sick of those players who have years left on a contract and they decide to hold out till they get a better contract. What part of contract don't they get? I agree, the line was playing great in the beginning of the year. Whatever the new OL adds up to be, hopefully they will play as good. I think they can acquire a good TE via FA. And I too, would not mind them using their first four picks on all linemen.
  9. Can people stop saying STAR LT when referring to Peters? Yes, he had some good years. However he also allowed 11.5* sacks or so last year, he sat out training camp and a good portion of the season, was turning into a cancer, etc., etc. Accept that getting rid of him was GOOD for this team. I do not like the idea of shopping Parrish. The dude is amazing on ST and relatively cheap.
  10. All I can hope for (which of course with the Bills history - won't happen) is a very solid draft and ONE blockbuster move.
  11. I was impressed. It was a great impression of Reuben Brown. :-)
  12. Ok on the block we now have: Parrish Kelsay Simpson ?? Something must be up if they are looking to clear out. Looking for combination trade (draft picks and a player) for some stud player or multiple players?
  13. If we're going to give up draft picks and players... give Kelsay and the #28 pick for Peppers. I am sure he would play anywhere as long as the money is right. Peppers on the opposite side of Schobel. That would be nice.
  14. To bad the Bills didn't wait a little longer.. they could have grabbed Boldin instead of Owens. Not saying I do not like Owens, but as someone here said what about next year?
  15. Isn't every move unpopular with the fans these days?
  16. I just love it when Peters said something along the lines of I don't care about 11 1/2 sacks, that just means I am only human, I'm just happy to be an Eagle. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Only a human making $10 million per year. One that SHOULD care.
  17. How about it's still early... the games will be sold out this year. At least the games in Buffalo.
  18. Dominant player when motivated... where was that motivation last year when he came from sitting on his fat butt?
  19. NO FREAKIN' DOUBT. The Bills may have gained some leverage with this trade by using their picks as trade bait.
  20. In his prime that quit on his team last year and when he was gone the Bills were 5-1.
  21. So you would have rather just paid the guy that burned his team LAST year and the guy that still have two years on his contract who would have probably sat out even though the Bills were offering him around $9 million a year? Makes sense to me. And people thought T.O. was a cancer.
