The draft may be deep in OT's but most 1st round LT's arent ready to start I dont know where you get this from. We have a huge need at LB! Kelsay and Schobel have been 4-3 DEs for years and there going to transition to OLB that easy, Maybin hasnt proven that he belongs in the NFL. Poz is the only above average player here IF Suh or McCoy drop to #9 there worth the pick, even if they play end If scouts decide if Clausen is worthy of a top 10 pick and with all the teams with QB needs in front of us, he will be gone by #9

TO didnt make this team better but Antonio Bryant and Ben Watson are? Nobody is going to feel good about our 2010 team, were going to play and develop the potential and see what we have. This teams building process has been a disaster. Nix is not signing average free agents to make us look competitive and have us win 7 games, instead he is going to develop players in 2010 and maybe win 4 games and be more draft ready next year.

Schobel most likely will retire, Kelsay will most likely be on the bench behind a 3rd round draft pick. Mitchell and Poz will be hurt at some point, bringing in more youth of the bench. Maybin will be benched by week 6.

yes a groomed QB, a young QB needs an oline, A qb may be the core but the oline is the heart and soul of the offense.

Im partial to what Nix has going on. Not overspending on average free agents that will help us win 7 games and keep giving us false hope. Instead get a young core of guys through the existing roster and the draft that can develop on the field and win 4 games in 2010. This gives us better draft picks in 2011 as long as we can make them count we should have a solid crew of players with chemistry and hopefully we have picked up a QB along the way and this group should be able to win 7-8 games. 2012 now we start plugging holes via free agency and get some fire power through the draft. Although Josh Reed and Ryan Denny are good roster guys, they are average and aging. By the time this ship is ready to sail they will be on there way out of the league. 2012 We should be fighting for the playoffs

relax, Coy Wire still is bad, Mcgahee is not a featured back, Jim Leonard is still a below average player. Reed will be a #4 reciever if he goes there. Nobody is beiing reborn

then when we go 7-9 and he retires and our draft pick puts us out of range to get a top flight QB prospect and were stuck in the same mess we have been because of signing used veterans like this then where do we go.

So you want the front office to excite you in free agency like you've been in the past, your being bummed because they are not following what has happened in 10 years of mediocracy. You want to be optimistic and then bummed by week six. I would very much rather be bored now and excited during the later part of the season. You want to sign average players and win 7 games or win 4 games and get better draft picks, let them develop and mabe in 3 years we can win 10+ games a year for 5+ consecutive seasons. We have attempted at rebuilding by free agency, even with the lOndon Fletchers, the Takeo Spikes, Sam Adams, and Drew Bledsoe the best we did was 9-7. You build good teams through the draft, you plug a hole here and there with free agency, we have to build a ship before we can have a hole in it.

One thing the kid can do is win, no matter the throwing motion. Mentally he may be ready more so than the other QB prospects. He knows he must get better, hes working to get better and he knows he has a long road ahead of him but he seems to have a great attitude. One thing that the combine and scouts cannot gauge is a mans heart and want to.

I predict the will go to the Super Bowl! unfortunatly this is my prediction every year. In the past 30 years I have been right 4 times.
