I disagree with the second reason you state that the Bills use a true fullback and a tight end. The west coast philosophy may employ a true fullback and a tightend. The Bills do not use or have a tight end or a fullback that is true to anything but being bad.

Most of Peters poor play came when he first returned from his holdout. The man hasnt played football in like 9-10 months, after about a month into his return he was playing solid. I hate that he held out and came back sluggish however I understand that he proved that he was a quality starter at left tackle ( a very highly paid postion) playing next to a very average left guard making stupid money. I predict Peters attends all minicamps and offseason activities and plays freakishly well in the final year of his contract.
