I haven't visited here for some time, now I remember why. -
No prime time games, right? But....
Drewgetz replied to CJPearl2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just came out at 1:pm. I'm beside myself how we got to host a Monday night game much less any prime time game. I think I might just have to attend that one. The excitement is mounting... Go BIlls... -
Arn't these Suspensions a Violation of Due Process?
Drewgetz replied to JuanGuzman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is no different then any other court case whether it's murder or a case in a small court in your hometown. If you claim this then you would have to argue the entire legal system (I agree the NFL is not bound by the national legal system) which is very easy to do. -
Here is what Marv should do with the first Bills draft pick
Drewgetz replied to Tolstoy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, I don't think I'm out of line. My post has nothing to do with if he's right or wrong. It's about the fact that he (like many) seem to think he knows more then the brain trust at one bills drive. Granted, in the pre-marv days I even felt myself scratching my head thinking what the heck are they doing. But to be arrogant enough to say if Marv and company don't do what he thinks then they would be wrong, well that deserves a knock to get him off the high horse. IMHO are the best least used words here (IMHO that is) -
He should pick out the team with the best offensive line and pay them for him to be their QB and see if he can raise his stock. That way he can hire Drew R as his agent and convince some no brain GM to take yet another chance on him the following year.

So if Marv does not do as you say then he should resign his position b/c obviously you know best. Boy I sure wish you were the Bills Owner/GM/Coach and QB, that way everything would be right with the world and peace will reign. -
That some funny sh*t

I have my trusty Paup jersey and a McGahee. Even when Willis was on the team I still went with the Paup. I almost got a lee evans which will be a good jersey to wear for years to come IMO but I think I'll just stick the original. bought outside of the stadium my first Bills game..

Same here, I thought maybe the sale was over...thanks anyway

That would be yours truly...

I still respect him as a former player and one of the best of past Bills but this game he really disappointed me. Granted as a passionate Bills fan there always seems to be announcers who I think are biased but with Tasker it hits closer to home. Plus I don't remember a more Anti-Bills/Pro-opponent announcer in recent history. (except maybe that one schmuck with micheal bolton black hair, i think his last name was Christian)
-
What is it with Tasker and LT, are they dating or something. I know LT is the best and my pick to represent the AFC is the chargers but enough is enough. The whole game no matter what he does or even when the bills make a great play Taster is in there saying something like "but you have to give to the chargers..." Maybe it stings b/c he is an ex bill but it sure seems like he's got a stiffy for LT AND dislikes the Bills. Maybe it's just me but I am no longer a fan of Tasker or Ed Hokley of that matter...what a frustrating game.

We need to have an owner that doesn't stand up for his team or their fans...
-
He was money from 30 to 40 and did have 3 over 50 but his kickoffs were still short. I'm not late, this is his break out year. Go BILLS!!!!!

I have been unimpressed with RL since we picked him up from Seattle but wanted reasons to like him. I heard over the summer that his main workout was leg streagth and a little technique. I was impressed during the preseason and down right awed during Sunday's game. His first kick off (after what is prolly one of the fasted touchdowns in a game) was deep in the endzone. When was the last time we had a kicker that could put it through the endzone like that? I was at a bar with some friends and one guy was dissing the call for the 53 yard field go, he had no love so I won a drink off him. I have great confidence in Lindell and think he is the best kicker we've had since Christie if not before. I would def take him over that guy in 1990...

Roll call for the MINNESOTA game....
Drewgetz replied to USMCBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'll be there, going up the night before for some wings and frothy beverages. The early game will help be drink early to get rid of my hangover from the day before. GO BILLS!!!!! -
meathead number 2 speaks up. I think you guys are a better fit in miami, you can start a meanthead backers club.
-
He's had 1/2 year playing time, yes "almost" rookie is not far fetched. If that's all you are getting from the post then you are "almost" like meathead.
-
And yet you neglect to put the numbers in perspective. A superbowl QB against a almost rookie QB who nobody has faith in. Hmmm, I'll take those numbers for the 1st game any day.
-
I believe they were asking for 1 first rounder and a mid-rounder.
-
Losman DID NOT cost the game with a saftey, wasn't all his fault. And Brady's interception was perfect timing for it to help the Pats win... Talk about not thinking before typing Are your eyes even open when you type?
-
Brady completed 11 of 23 passes for 163 yards with an interception while Losman connected on 15-for-23 attempts for 164 yards. JP had better numbers then Brady...'nuff said.

yeah I voted and we are kicking @ss, not even a contest anymore.
