  1. That is not always the case. I remember when I was at Canisius & Beilien took over. One of his first orders of business was telling 2 upcoming seniors who were four year players their services were no longer needed & they are not welcomed to come back for their last year. Not sure if their scholarships got revoked or not but they weren't on the basketball team.
  2. I don't know man, you guys follow Cuse a hell of a lot closer than I do but doesn't it concern you that they have only played 3 legit NCAA Tournament teams this year(I guess you could throw Monmouth in that discussion too) & they have lost to all three of them. Beating Holy Cross, SC State & Colgate will not get you very far come selection time in March.
  3. You know John it is not about the money, obviously Pegs could care less about the money. It is about once again someone made this franchise look stupid to the rest of the league. It is just like signing Fitsz to that big contract afer the first 5 games, giving Jauron an extension & then firing him towards the end of the season, taking Maybin in the first when the other GMs were laughing their asses off at their tables that the Bills could be so stupid when Orakpo was still on the board, declaring Edwards the starter & then cutting him after the 2nd week of the season, putting it in Marrone's contract that he could quit & the Bills give him a $4 million parting gift to leave town....The list goes on & on & on.
  4. I was messing around with that playoff calculator & actually got the Bills in at 8-8. In this scenerio Cleveland would have to run the table.
  5. Obviously you haven't been a Patriots fan that long or maybe you forgoten the 56-10 beatdown the Patriot gave us on Sunday night football back in 2007. I think the cheaters had 40 points at halftime. Exactly, if I was BB I would be routing for the Bills. He probably wouldn't even have to game plan that week & could concentrate on game planning for the Conference CHampionship the following week.
  6. You honestly think BB gives a rats ass about us? He probably would welcome the Bills in the playoffs knowing that he faced us it is pretty much a guaranteed win. I mean isn't he like 27-3 against us since Brady took over?
  7. You honestly can not make this stuff up. What a disfunctional franchise.
  8. You make a lot of sense but my guess is the great car salesman known as Russ Brandon would have a tough time selling that flavor of koolaide to the fans in the offseason to pump up ticket sales.
  9. Haha, okay so I was wrong, brutal game to watch. This Cuse team has some serious problems. That was not a good Ucon team. Hopefully JB figures this thing out.
  10. I wanted them to draft Hundley out of UCLA. I thought he had some potential. It is worth a shot if the price is right. Fitz & Daniels I would probably have to pass. The other 2 options are to keep Taylor & continue to groom Jones & draft another QB this spring or try to somehow pry Romo away from the Cowboys & cut ties with Taylor & continue to groom Jones possibly draft another Qb in this upcoming draft. None of the option are that enticing, but we have to chose one of them. & I have no confidence the morons at one bills drive can properly identify a decent QB.
  11. That should scare the hell out of every Bills fan out there.
  12. I will tell you man, I see where your coming from but I will say this. I spent one of the games in the RV lot at one of my good friends RVs. He does more work for the Sabres then the Bills but he is very close to the inner workings of both organizations & is very close to the Pegulas. He got a few drinks in him & started talking about how RB has more than a few finger prints on the failures of the Bills organization more than anybody cares to admit. Said when Pegula took over he said the decision was made to fire RB, but somehow RB smooth talked his way into keeping his job. Said he sold out so many people, good people that were loyal to him for years to convince Pegs to keep his job. Went onto say RB was pretty much responsible for convincing Pegs to get rid of Ted Black. Said the guy can't be trusted & everybody in the organization knows it. Also said not so much now under Pegs, but under Wilson RB had major pull in football related decision. They say to kill a snake you got to cut the head off. I think it is time Pegs wakes up & starts cleaning house & the first order of business should be to relieve RB of his duties.
  13. The Huskies can't play defense & yes this is one of the worst UCon teams in recent memory. Cuse should roll in this one.
  14. How about a 12 inch Dildo. That is the gift that keeps on giving the whole year.
  15. See from my experiences coaching little league this should work because a kid that could pitch is usually in the elite group of players. When they are not pitching they are usually playing shortstop etc.... So what this tells me is your Dad definately had the right theory but just wasn't very good at evaluating talent.
  16. I said this about a month ago. This guy is horrible, I am not sure how he is still on the roster as there has got to be a street free agent punter that would be just as good. He never flips the field & shanks 33 out of every 4 of his punts.
  17. Revis has nothing to be ashamed about, he has had a hall of fame career. Honestly why would he want to play anymore? He has made more than enough money, has his ring, has his legacy as one of the best corners of all time. Why put your body thru that punishment. Guy like Brady are rare breeds that want to still play. He will be sorry one day to that he refused to get out of the game when the going was good. Why put your body at risk, he has nothing left to play for. He is already considered by most the GOAT. If he continues to play, my guess is he will take that one or two shots that will effect on his later life. After 17 years in the NFL for Brady it is time to get out. But my guess is he will play until he has a career/life altering injury. Some guys got to learn the hard way. 40 year old guys are not meant to play QB in the NFL.
  18. Yeah I don't know how realistic it is to compare Sam Boyd Stadium to the Billion dollar + Stadium that a NFL team will play in. Sam Boyd is a glorified high school stadium. If Vegas builds a retractable dome stadium you better believe the big events will start knocking on their door.
  19. Agreed, when Wisky shooting like that they are not many teams going into the Kohl Center & coming out with a win. The Badgers are sleeper final 4 team imo so try not to read too much into this game. This one had disaster written all over it from the very beginning.
  20. What is the difference, I think this shows he puts up points & he doesn't turn the ball over. He is not your conventional QB. He is not throwing for 300 yards a game. But where he lacks in that he makes up for in his running ability. This Bills offense under TT has put points over a sustainable period of time like no other offense since the Kelly days. Does he have to get better in hitting guys in stride & being more accurate, absolutely, but he is by far our best option going into next year & the forseeable future. If he ever hit the free agent market there would be teams lining up to sign him, you could count on that.
  21. Yeah I know, but in the last 11 years it is not like they are a top 5 team every year. They are usually lurking around the top 20. Makes their home record even more impressive imo.
  22. I agree but many quality teams have come into the Kohl Center & come out with a loss. Just looked it up. Last 11 years they are 210-22 there. Keep in mind they are always lurking around the top 25 but rarely have the Badgers have had power house teams in that time. Daunting task indeed for the Orange tomorrow.
  23. I will be very surprised to see Syracuse get a win tomorrow night. There beatdown from UNC aside, this is a real good Badger team that should challenge for Big 10 title. Wisky needs a signature win after dropping a pair to the 2 ranked teams they played(UNC/Creighton). I am actually shocked Boeheim scheduled this game as he usually doesn't like to leave the state of New York until February but then I remembered that he was forced into this game by that ACC/Big 10 challenge. Wisconsin is pretty much unbeatable at the Kohl Center most years. Should be a good challenge and a good bench mark to where this Orange team sits right now.
