There is noway a 1st round pick should even come up in the discussion. The absolute highest I would go is a 3rd this year & a 2nd next year. I think the 2 thirds we got for Willis is more then fair.

the lack of impact that Everret has made is a head scratcher. I remember him coming out of college was a tremendous athlete that is a little raw. I remember even his tightend coach from the U saying he thought that Everett has more upside then both Shockey & Winslow. Hopefully he gets it going this year he was definately put on notice from Levy's comments about him last month.

The Patriots will trade samuel & they will get a 1st round pick for him. He may not command Nate Clements money but he is going to be pricey. I think he is a little overrated & little of a Patriots system guy. See the pats are not scared to make tough decisions. They let Ty Law walk & you better believe they are not going to overpay for Samuel, They will get another first rounder in 08 so they will have 2 picks again. This is exactly what the bills should of done with Clements & it is the one thing imo Levy has done that made no sense. How much different would this draft look if the bills had 2 first round picks?

It is an interesting thought trying to draft Levi Brown & get back up in the late 1st rnd to get Cahlil. You certainly would be neglecting several needs but my bet would be that by the end of the 2007 season/beginning of the 2008 season the bills would indeed have a top five line. Not a bad way to approach the draft.

You guys dont get it. Trade downs are not easy. There has to be a special player on the board. last year, a trade down would of been possible because Leinart & Cutler were both still on the board. This year Im not so sure teams are going to be clamoring up to get to that 12 spot. & if they are, chances are one of the blue chippers that you mentioned would probably still be available. In that case we should probably stay put & grab the player available from your list.

I stopped reading after the 1st paragraph. My guess is M Turner will command a contract of 5yrs 35 million with 18-20 mill guaranteed. If we were lucky enough that AD fell into our laps my guess is he would get a slotted contract of 5yrs 16-18 mill, 10 of it guaranteed. Big difference in contracts pal. I really dont listen to him or WGR anymore. Once in awhile I listen to the morning show. The band of idiots they have working there makes there station pretty much unlistenable.
