Meh, no interest, due to the participants. I'm sure it's very well done though. Watching "Break Point" on tennis players which is very good. If you saw "Full Swing," which was excellent, it's along the same lines.

Saw last week that the LA Times is pretty much ditching sports, not printing box scores and other news and sporadically mixing in some sports stories. This and the NYT decision is another in the now long line of decisions that will ultimately lead to the death of newspapers in this country. It's indeed sad, as I subscribe to the daily printed edition of the Washington Post and am left wondering how long that paper will last.

It's the first preseason game and I'll bet you a quarter they'll get 10K...pretty much every regular season game has been sold out here for the last 10 years.

Poor planning on whoever makes the schedule...the Caps will draw 10K for this, as they have a solid fan base here. A 7:00pm puck drop would have been the logical choice.

Maybe sooner...believe this is the last year of the SJF contract.

You don't want to be near the stadium, it's in a remote place with virtually nothing around it, entertainment-wise. Suggest staying in the city in the Navy Yard-Nats Park area. Good nightlife and you're a short Metro/Uber ride away from many of the sights/Smithsonians. You can take the Metro to the game on Sunday but the nearest stop is about a mile away...it's walkable though, I've done it before.

Hate to admit it, but I do check.
