Did anyone watch the NFL network today? Well Mr. Faulk is claiming that the patsies are going to win the Super Bowl with Matt Cassel and next season they will dump Brady and keep Cassel. what an idiot.
if that happens, I want Brady on the Bills
/yes, yes, I remember how great the last ex-Pats QB did when he was on the Bills

Thank you. I did say I was willing to pay the fine. (rule #1: read post thoroughly before making snide comment.)
By the way, will you be leaving the country during the Obama presidency or just hole up in your fortified bunker for 8 years?
PTR
Obama can do whatever the hell he wants...I just hope NH doesn't go nuts with all the democrats coming from Mass and end up joining the rest of the country with a sales and income tax...

i like that the girl doing the piggyback riding is hanging on to the silicone knobbers for support

The players will make $40,000 a year, which really is going to be a huge pay cut for the majority of these ladies, who undoubtedly come from big law firms and investment brokerage firms.
of course...the other hot chicks can't get away from waiting tables at the cheesecake factory because business is booming

I think this: would be a good look for most of those girls.
I especially love the one who's naked in a hot tub with the temporary tats covering her nips. SWING LOW SWEET CHARIOTS!

Sexiest Bills Fan Contest
Was going to post this in the Hockey Mom thread, but I though what the heck. Why don't I create a completely new thread in which to bash Buffalo chicks...
My new avatar is from the contest, not the pretiest, but I like her style. Also, one of the contestents is wearing an awesome Jauron shirt....
I like the one in your avatar...got any bigger pics? I'm trying to figure out what her asian character tattoos say...

If there's one single thing that will lose this election for John McCain it's the Palin choice.
the Palin choice is the only thing keeping McCain afloat

I see what you mean as far as Marv hiring someone with traits like his, but lack of emotion on the sidelines wasn't one of Marv's traits........he was ususally a screaming maniac on the sidelines
during one particular maniacal screaming fit, the announcer notices, "oh! almost lost your gum Marv!"

That photo is beautiful! Could someone please email me a copy? I am using a Mac trying to upload it on a web page, and it does not recognize the file.
I'm making a new PC vs Mac commercial!

I'd give my left nut for 6 pack of Super Mightys w/extra hot sauce!
With a large Loganberry as well!!
just a heads up, they don't use aunt rosies anymore. they went to some other brand and the loganberry tastes like watered down apple juice. I had to take it back and get mountain dew.

I'm not comprehending the hype...seriously...it looked like a goddamn Michael Jackson concert with people yelling and crying their eyes out. It's like everyone threw their brains out the window on the drive to the stadium.

nice quote

Watching Bolt run in the 100 meter finals (as well as the preliminary heats) has been one of the most impressive things I have seen in the Olympics. The guys is amazing. He wanted the gold medal and got it. He had to beg his coach to let him start running the 100 meters about a year ago.
He is 21 years old. He acted like a lot of 21 year olds. That does not take away from his performance.
compare Phelps' performance and behavior to Bolt's
His performance was incredible and he's an amazing athlete, however, as a coach, I would be pissed if any of my swimmers did anything like that. See below quote from one of the classiest coaches of all time. Apparently sportsmanship is fading in modern athletics.
But for real, Marv, you are my inspiration. I wanted to play my best because I never wanted to disappoint you. You made me feel like every extra effort I made for the Bills was appreciated. Marv, I remember my first game against the Houston Oilers, against the Minnesota Vikings, I spiked the ball. When I came over to the sideline, you had this look in your eye like you were very upset at me. You grabbed me by my jersey and said, Why did you spike the ball? I said, Coach, every little kid that ever watches football at least wants to do that at least one time in his career. He said, Well, that's great, don't ever do it again. Act like you've been there before. After that, I never spiked the ball again. So thank you, Marv. -
Specially because he will get big bucks to appear at events, and bigger bucks if he breaks the record. He could have a good thing going for himself.
and jackstojan if he gets hurt somehow and can't compete or run fast again

property values in the vegas area have been freefalling for the last 2 years. A friend of mine in the Navy bought property out there nearly a decade ago and had to sell it for a 25% loss.

THANK YOU! I SAID THIS THREE TIMES!
and I said back in the beginning of the thread
...Phelps has shown consistently in the last 3 Olympics that he stands out among the other Olympic athletes (of all sports) by demonstrating absolute dominance in his sport. Can you name another 3 athletes that are similar? How about just one? Outside of the Olympics, he's also dominating the entire sport of swimming rather than just one or two events. What he's done at the Olympics is mindboggling. He's not out-touching his opponents by fingertips. He's destroying them by full body lengths or more. This would be like an Olympic boxer coming out and knocking out all of his opponents with one punch.
...
Fair? Equating swimming to shotput or f*ucking rifling is unfair. If you're basing the media hype about him being the greatest Olympian solely off of his medal count, then I'd say that the media's focus on the number of gold medals he has is doing him injustice. Medals aside, his dominating performance alone would net him the title of best Olympian. A shot putter would have to throw his shot out of the stadium in multiple Olympics to impress the way Phelps is impressing.

Well, President Bush could have put a finger....
woo hoo! thanks for the high res

And just out of curiosity-is there another swimmer (besides me) who has contributed to this thread?
Me. I competed internationally and also coached high school swimming. Not presently coaching because the swimming culture where I live is awful.
For comparison, if Michael Phelps didn't exist and Ryan Lochte was the best the US had, no one would be calling Lochte the greatest Olympian of all time.

Subaru Owners?
in The Consumer Digest
Posted
My wife just got an 08 H6 Outback Wagon. It does indeed have the Aux jack now.
She traded in her Infiniti G35X for the Subaru. It was the only AWD wagon on the market that could come close to the power and handling of the G35X. Also, me having problem free Subarus (Legacy and WRX) in my past also helped.
I believe the Outback is bigger than the Forrester. The old Forrester at least, used to share the same base as the Impreza. The only difference was that the Forrester was taller. In 2004, I considered both the Forrester and WRX Wagon and ended up with the WRX because I preferred to be closer to the ground.
Van Bortel Subaru in Victor, NY used to sell the most Subaru's in the country. I'm not sure if that still holds true. You can't drive around Rochester without seeing a Subaru.
