We want our defense to the best in the league. Only way to be the best is to play the best. Got to keep raising the bar or you never reach new heights.

There was something wrong with the game plan on offense. When a defense is crowding the line of scrimmage, the perfect offensive game plan is to pass. Typically, you want to back them off, by going over them. When they have been beaten by intermediate/long passes, they know they cannot continue to crowd the line. Getting sacked 7-8 times in a game is going to get the QB killed. Rex wants to run first to set up the run. Sometimes you have to pass first to set up the run. Surprised we scored 32pts to be honest. The defense, had issues too. I think the mistakes made during this game are correctable. They need to learn and then apply it on the field. Going to be a fun season watching these guys put it together.

Wonder what more they can add to that original story. It was a pretty deep investigative piece to begin with.

**Patriots are expected to crowd the LOS in an effort to stop the run. Now we'll see what we have in TT. He is going to need to drop some deep passes in there to back them off. We know we have the skill players. Now we just need to get the ball to them. Last week was run to set up the pass. This week it should be pass to set up the run.

Last week the Bills rushed off of the edges a lot. Now that Marcel is back it's going to be right up the middle. Drive the OLmen right back into Brady on one play, then shoot between the center and tackle on the next. Next, run a stunt with the DE crossing behind the tackle and going up the gut to the QB. This is going to fun to watch. I'm OK with some penalties as long as Brady is getting smacked around like a red headed stepchild.

Crowd is definitely going to be amped up this weekend. The Bills will score points on their soft defense and our defense......let's just say that they will be looking for fight. Time for the cheaters to get what they deserve....a good old fashioned ass whippin'.

That was a heads up play. I also liked a later play where he was rolling outside and instead of running out of bounds, slid to keep the clock moving. He did a nice job of managing the game.

Bills agreed to allow Cassel to be the #2 when he re-signed. If TT goes down, EJ comes in and Cassel is still the #2
