  1. With a win, the Bills are in a very good spot toward achieving the 1 seed. KC is vulnerable this year regardless of what their record is. On top of that, the following week the Bills can get some rest and heal up for the final stretch. Just imagine how good they'll be with a healthy roster. After watching this last game and seeing the offense continue to roll with 2 good receivers missing, I can't help thinking that the offense is about to break out. Get Milano back and the D also moves to a different level. Looking at the big picture has very little to do with KC when trying to figure out what will happen with the Bills. I think even with injuries, the Bills can take them next week and think things are looking up for the Bills. There is no team they can't beat. They have been putting the pieces together all season with both physical talent and scheme. Make no mistake, they are looking to win a Superbowl. Go Bills!
  2. Is Copper being integrated to increase electrical conductivity or is it to arrest anyone that gets out of line?
  3. Ankou is probably the strongest DLman on the roster but he is also probably the slowest one. He's good if used properly.
  4. How many points do we need to beat Miami by to take that number over 40?
  5. Tua tried to hit his WRs on the perimeter last game without much success. I think he's going to test the crossing routes this time around. This could be Taron Johnson's day for a pick. Tua will be under duress all game if he tries to hang in the pocket for anything that isn't a quick timing pass. I just can't see Miami stopping anything when facing the Buffalo offense. Can't stop the run, can't stop the pass, short or long. Taron on defense. All the WRs are going to eat and Cook is going to break one too. Could be a 40 or 50 burger coming.
  6. I'm having all kinds of weird thoughts figuring out just what a licker room would look like.
  7. One of the best abilities is availability. Edwards wasn't available when the roster was being formed. He lost his chance due to injury and Hamlin has played well enough to continue starting. Edwards is now going to have to either wait for his chance or hope for a trade. Wouldn't read much more into it than that. Perhaps Edwards simply didn't have enough time to prove himself on this team to be considered for a starting role. If he thinks he is better than Hamlin and doesn't want to wait, it's his prerogative to request a trade. Doesn't mean he's a cancer. Doesn't mean he is not better than Hamlin. He was simply injured right when the Bills staff we're evaluating how he fit into the defense. That process was incomplete, while Hamlin has had lots of time to be evaluated. Edwards probably did expect to start. Still has to earn it though by being available and preparing like a professional.
  8. The Bills look like a team that is building momentum right now while other top AFC teams are looking kind of vulnerable. I see the toughest remaining games the Bills play coming from NFC opponents.
  9. Buffalo's offense is showing signs of improvement. Almost looking unstoppable. Injuries on defense is improving too. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that the Bills run the table all the way to the playoffs.
  10. Playing them in a snow game in the playoffs is scary.
  11. I'm for whatever gives Buffalo better seeding in the playoffs. Even if there is blizzard like conditions, we are on good shape with the way the run game has been going. I'm thinking our running backs are going to play major roles later in the playoffs while in the regular season Josh is going to light up the scoreboard passing. It's so nice seeing the passing game ramping up lately. So basically, I'm not rooting for a Jets win. I'm rooting for a Texans loss.😆
  12. 38 - 10 Bills The whole offense goes off and the defense frustrates Tua and his coach because they can't get anything going. Decisive win. Game over by half time.
  13. Without Metcalf, Geno holds the ball just a tad longer and Groot and AJ get to him early and often. Our offense can run against this team but the Seahawks just got their DL healthy. What's not good for them is all of the changes at LB and DB. Josh is itching to get the passing game going and will. I'm going with: Groot on defense. Shakir on offense.
  14. I believe the Seahawks are going to struggle getting things rolling without their star WR. 38 - 13 Bills I think the Bills build off of last week and the offense starts to shine. Don't care that the game is in their house.
  15. It was more about Cooper and how he can improve Buffalo's overall success passing, nothing to do with the Jets game. Not a bad listen at all.
  16. I think this is exactly what Cooper brings to the table. If only one DB is covering him, it's an easy button for Josh to push. If he's double covered and this will happen a lot, Shakir and Kincaid are going to look a whole lot better than they have so far this year. The Bills have been running a lot of bunch formations and pick routes to get guys open. No one has been consistently getting separation and that is why they do those bunch formations with the WRs. Now, with a true X, they don't have to rely on these techniques. Cooper is a threat that a defense has to respect, so coverage will naturally roll toward him and away from our other receivers. This includes TEs and RBs. Cooper is well known for getting excellent separation. If I were Allen or the OC, I'd quickly give Amari a few plays to get the next game started. Then start turning to our other play makers. It will immediately open things up for the whole offense.
  17. Seriously need to just stop with the screens behind the line of scrimage.
  18. Finally Hollins catches something
  19. That screen was hot garbage
  20. Wow, he's got all day to stand in the pocket. What happened to the Jets pass rush?
  21. What? Jets getting called for pass interference?
  22. Another pick, yikes!
  23. The Bills beat man coverage all day long against the Jags. Just can't see the Bills giving up anywhere near that kind of compensation.
  24. Last week is in the past. Next man up and I am thinking that our reserves are stronger than in years past. Our defensive Captain is back and I think the boys rally around him. Hoping for a get right game. Go Bills!
  25. Very good point. The defense was sitting back and reacting most of the game. You have to be aggressive, show blitz often even if you are dropping guys in coverage. Show blitz by having the LBs move like they are coming but instead send someone from the edge. Baltimore did that to us many times, disguising where the blitz is coming from. I do think the Bills were reluctant to play aggressive like that because of personnel, but that is how you have to play this team. You can't sit back and let that offense do the dictating.
