  1. I'll send a Patsy fan your way.
  2. I agree. All of the AFC East struggled last year. And as close as some of our games were in the division, I see no reason why we can't be at least 50% within our division. While the AFC E. isn't as week as some other divisions, we certainly are not in a "powerhouse" division anymore. My spidey senses are not picking up any real danger ahead.(Don't laugh. Our DB's started the comic book character thing. Not me)
  3. 15-1 for sure. Let me ask the OP this: Would you rather go 9-7 or 15-1? By some people's reasoning around here, it would be better to go 9-7 so you can get a better draft pick.
  4. I like it. It would be a nice change of pace to the retarded music they usually play at the games too.
  5. What shocked me is after two successful scoring drives, they got the ball back with less than 2 minutes left in the first half and marched right down the field to score again! And they made it look easy.
  6. I thought that I had disabled something(can't remember what) and was surprised to see a toolbar appear. At the time I thought it was my own mistake, but if not, I am not happy about getting something that you don't want. I guess I'll have to go through the install progress again to see.
  7. I used it but did not try to disable it while watching the game. While it is possible that the toolbar is being used to generate revenue, I am not entirely convinced of that. Welcome to the wonderful world of social networking. The toolbar has a logo that links to the Vshare website, a search tool, a facebook link and a twitter link. None of these things will make money by themselves, but adding an additional component to do so certainly is possible. The toolbar appears to simply only link to web urls and nothing more. How do I know these things? Well, I am a web developer and follow these kinds of things pretty closely. My guess is this person who advertised on this site, probably advertised on many other message boards as well. Very common practice. Sometimes, they use a bot to do it. A bot allows them to post in many message boards at once without actually visiting the site in person. Not saying that this is definitely what happened, just trying to explain how these things work to some degree. What?
  8. This seems possible to me as well. Maybe he is trying to suck us in now with free feeds and then.....??? Or it could just be he is simply trying to make it easier for people to find things on his site by putting a search function in a toolbar. Bing is an entirely different thing not associated with Vshare. Bing is a search engine(like Google) that is gaining recent popularity. Vshare is not in "Add/Remove Programs". It's simply a browser add-on that is under the tools menu.
  9. You can go to the "Tools" menu in your browser and then click on "Add-ons" to uninstall or disable. I used this to watch the Bengals game and have left it alone since. No problems here. I don't particularly like toolbars added to my browser but it doesn't appear to be creating any adverse effects to my computer.
  10. Spiller's ability to change directions is very similar to Barry Sanders.
  11. Not wrong. Watch the game. When ever the Bills were within 5 yards of the endzone, Fred Jackson never got a sniff at the endzone. It was always Lynch. I was completely beside myself watching this over and over last year. Using stats to attempt to paint a picture and prove how smart you are doesn't win ball games. That's probably what Harvard grad head coaches do. Try talking real football and hears a novelty for you; look at the big picture instead of picking a meaningless stat to make your case.
  12. The players are simply not following their assignments....stay in their lanes. When you leave your lane to make a play instead of relying on your team mate you become a part of the problem. New SP coach is probably force feeding tape down their throats right now. Give it a little time, maybe they can correct the problems. I do miss Bobby April though.
  13. Not really. The Bengals were stacking the box and keying in on the run early in the game. After making some adjustments by throwing in some nice passing plays, the run game opened up. There are going to be times when this happens. How you respond to it, is what matters. Thank the coaches for understanding that.
  14. Oh, come on. Last year Fred Jackson was given all of the carries marching down the field, but whenever they got close to the to the endzone Lynch got the carries. Does anyone around here actually watch the freakin' games? Stats don't tell the whole story. And with this team, anyone with half a brain can see how stats should be thrown out the window entirely because of the ridiculous roller coaster ride of coaching changes last season. It's absolutely amazing this team won 6 games last year at all. Take a look at the big picture for a change. Keying in on one little thing so you can promote one player over another is simply not right. These guys are teammates. When one guy is not in there, the next guy fills in. Stats are OK if that person is given all of the carries, but when the carries are divided in majorly varying degrees they mean nothing. Get with the program and start talking some real football. And another thing, who says we can't get production from all of our running backs?
  15. It's not so much the play calling as it is the plays that are actually disguised. The defense could not distinguish between a run or a pass. The formations being used can do either(run or pass). This is something that was neverdone last year. Defenses simply keyed in because they new what we were going to do because last year we broadcast our intentions. This year that has changed.
  16. Some people just want their burrito and eat it too.
  17. There were 2 scoring drives in the first quarter. How sustained do you need it to be?
  18. Naw, I'd prefer we use dry Wood.
  19. Hard and I hope it leaves splinters
  20. Screw that prediction. This should be posted in the Bills locker room on every locker.
  21. The WRs are also running routes were their paths cross, creating confusion for DBs. When you get 2 DBs biting on a single WR, that leaves the other WR wide open.
  22. I think the coach can be given some credit as well. The offense looks very different. The Colts' D had a hard time figuring out what was coming next. Refreshing. The play action was effective. There were numerous plays designed to strike the deep middle of the field. Evans' 69 yard catch and run was a well designed, well executed play that the whole offense was in on. This team has a real offensive coach.
