Fitz performing at a high level will get the masses talking positive. This Browns game will be a great time for him to shine. Their secondary is getting handled right now. We know they will be stacking the box to slow CJ down, but if Fitz lights it up against this team, all will be well in Bills world. I think he can do it.

LOL....your name fits you perfectly......that is unless you are a youngster. Fitz is do fine, and if I want to compare him to someone that is my prerogative. Favre was never consistent. Threw more interceptions than anyone, that's why his name was mentioned. The Fitz bashing has been snow balling and the the further the ball roles down the hill the bigger the wild accusations. It's like listening to teenagers gossip. It starts out small and by the end of the day the story doesn't even resemble what the first kid started.

I find it interesting how people are so down on Fitz. Payton Manning threw 3 interceptions this weekend but no one really notices that. I've seen Brady have some serious brain farts on occasion as well. Brett Favre through the years often lead the league in interceptions. Anyway, playing the QB in the NFL is a lot like playing the lottery. If you don't play you won't win. You can't expect a QB to not pass. Besides before the Bills skid last year he had some pretty lofty stats. He is not as bad as many here are making him out to be and I am going on record right now.......Fitz will be among the best 10 QBs in the league this year. He is going to have his opportunities as long as the defense continues to get off the field on 3rd downs. I've always felt that a lot of good QBs have looked bad because of the players around them. Fitz has a good group around him. So far we're doing all right and I am really looking forward to a playoff push this year. It's coming. I say, sit back and enjoy the ride.

Per Cris Brown The Bills are perfect in red zone efficiency, 5 times in red zone and every time a TD. Lead the league in punt return average. Lead the league in rushing, both yds/game and per carry. Good stuff! I love the red zone stat.

Fitz threw 2 TDs today and broke off a couple of nice runs too.....wasn't that bad. He kept the bone headed mistakes to a minimum and did a nice job feeding CJ. Don't over think Fitz's performance. BTW, I have been seeing a lot of criticism on the CBs too. While they looked horrible last week, I think they bounced back fairly well this week by taking away the quick strikes that the Jets capitalized on last week. They are a young group and will get better as the season progresses.

I've seen a lot of opening day ball games through the years. That being said, I can recall one hell of a lot of ugly games. However, it was very clear that the Jets came out with a game plan that was better than the Bills and on both sides of the ball. The game was just terrible and I have seen many good teams beat by not being prepared especially this early in the season. The real test now, is how the team responds. The assessment that Gailey is under the gun is accurate. He has to produce or he will be gone. We are just heading into the 2nd game of the season though. I think Gailey will be OK if he can get some quality production going. All we can do as fans is be there to support them. If they still blow it, well........time for a change.

35 years is a long time. Even good people become complacent in their jobs after that long. This is a performance driven world and my guess is that he could no longer keep up. It's sad, but nowadays loyalty for many years of quality service does earn you any brownie points. You either perform or you're history.

Is anyone on this team doing anything right.....anything? I got nothing here.
