Just so happened to look at the mocks to see who projects to Bills. CBS and SI has Bills picking at 19? Also see Spencer Brown’s teammate at N. Iowa getting a lot of buzz. My question is if Tyler Linderbaum and Jordan Davis are both sitting there for the Bills, who do you take?

I will attempt to phone into the draft myself and demand that Goodell announce Jordan Davis as our pick.  If he's not there, best interior lineman available, either side of the ball.

I'm sorry but from a selfish standpoint this is good news for me. I was very worried since season tickets sold out that I may be on the outside looking in for years to come. Instead it's sounding like I get a fresh shot at it and can even swing my weight around and secure some great seats.

But I know where I came from and definitely feel for those who now can't afford to keep their seats. It sucks but it's evolution and even tho I wouldn't like it if it cost me my seats, I'd understand it. If everyone stadium built since 2009 has done this, why the hell would anyone here reasonable expect the Bills not to. We have been spoiled with THE cheapest tickets in the league for years. We can't want a great team and expect to keep that going. Greatness comes with a price...for the players, coaches and the fans alike.

Agreed on all points.  My brother and I now are likely to take the plunge and get season tickets in the new place.

Not TOO bad considering it’s a one-time charge.  Obviously some STH’ers will balk, but I’m guessing very few will.  Even if we’re a middling team again (God forbid) when the time comes.

I agree that very few STHs will walk because of it.  I'm presuming that the team did quite a bit of market research on how best to price PSLs to both retain season ticket holders and effectively implement a system like this.  The lower-capacity stadium also makes quite a bit more sense now.

I seem to recall the architectural firm Populous being mentioned with this project. Here's a page highlighting some of their recent stadium designs. The Totenham Hotspur stadium looks like what is being discussed for Buffalo. 60K, open air, covered stands.

Good find!  Although I do have preferences, at the end of the day, I don't much care how the stadium ends up looking.  But, I'd be pretty happy with something close to that picture.

Pass rushing in college is alot different than pass rushing in the NFL

He is definitely quick but his actual rush moves leaves alot to be desired and he's a 2 down player rn in the NFL

He can refine alot of technique which is huge for a big man

Even granting that he's only a 2-down player, which remains to be seen: a disruptive, penetrating 2-down player who needs a bit of coaching to refine technique?  May be just me, but sign me up.

You don't need to sell the house for a 2 down player

He's not going in the first round because he has little pass rush upside in the NFL

Did you watch the Georgia/Clemson game on Saturday?  That guy can really move, which shocked me.  He had several QB pressures.

Tuesday was the season premier of Inside the NFL & Julian Edelman has joined Phil Simms, Ray Lewis, Brandon Marshall and James Brown . James Brown didn't make a pick.   Ray Lewis was the only one among the ex-players not to pick the Bills to win the AFC (After he didn't pick the Bills I didn't pay much attention but I think he picked KC) Edelman picked the Bills to beat the Packers, Simms picked the Bills to beat the 49ers, and Marshall picked the Packers to beat the Bills.

When I couldn't find Inside the NFL in the TV listings I thought it got cancelled.  I did a search & found it is on Paramount +.  I was thinking of getting Paramount + before today but Inside the NFL clinched it for me.  So if you're looking for it & can't find it, it's on Paramount +

Thanks for posting!  I love to see all of this positivity for the Bills, and this is another example of it.  Such a refreshing change.

This also convinced me to subscribe to Paramount+.  Used to love watching Inside the NFL with my brother.

So glad you get to experience something like this.

I completely understand why your forum name is Patience. Either that, or you’re a Guns N’ Roses fan.

Well, both, but moreso the the former!  Throughout the drought, my late mother always said "maybe next year," or "we just need to be patient," and even though it infuriated me to no end, as fans, it's what we needed to be.  The only bitter part is that my mom didn't get to experience this together with myself and the rest of the family.  She was the most fervent Bills fan I knew or likely will ever know.
