  1. Really? Because him being absent hasn't reminded the BILLS and the rest of the NFL just how important he truly is to the franchise?

Because having Langston Walker get pushed around by James Harris wasn't a good reminder? How about Leadfoot Chambers over at RT?

Not sure which game you were watching.

Besides Walker's one hiccup, he did a great job against the Steelers starters, who are no slouches. Chambers did fine, as well.

  2. I don't know what is so great about the article. It's old ideas that have discussed 100's of times on TSW. Downtown stadiums, public ownership of the team, Ralph's refusal to be proactive in the sale prior to his death, Golly possibly buying the team, etc...

It's not like the kid came up with this fantastic innovative plan to save the Bills.

Because it's nice to see Luke continuing on his father's approach to keeping the Bills in Buffalo, as well as overall support.

  3. According to WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh, former Bills guard Mitch Frerotte has passed away in his hometown of Kitanning, PA.

The station reports police in Kitanning confirm that Frerotte passed away at around 6:00pm Wednesday at his home, apparently of natural causes.

Frerotte played four seaons for the Bills, and in three of Buffalo's four straight Super Bowl appearanes in the early 90's. He's most remembered for his performance during the 1992 season when he caught three touchdowns - a record for an offensive lineman.

    Frerotte was 43 years old.

Prayers go out to his family, or anyone who was close.

  4. If only season ticket sales were directly related to actual on-field performance. I do, however, think that the Bills are primed and ready for a breakout year and the schedule, at least on its face, is favorable for a successful season. I was hoping to get some individual game tickets this year, but I don't think that is going to happen. Oh, well. I'll be enjoying the season from my local Bills Backers Club here in Detroit.

There's still tickets left for San Francisco (11/30) and New England (12/28).

But, like the poster said, it's limited availability.
