Because the kid has shown great instincts, is VERY fast, and a sure tackler. He has a presence out there, and made plenty of big plays to warrant a starting position next year. He will bulk up as most 22 year old kids do after their first season. He'll play at 230 next year, good enough to make it through a 16 game schedule. I believe he will be our best backer next year. Any doubters?

I don't want Dominic Rhodes. I rather have a motivated Willis in his contract year and draft a rb next year. JMO. It looks like we are drafting Patrick Willis more and more unless we move down in the draft.

Let me say this..you can disagree. I think the Bills were dangling McGahee to show his agent his worth (not much), motivate him, and see how he can produce behind the new big road-paving line. McGahee is going nowhere unless the bills get a second which they are not. He isn't worth it and it's not worth it to the bills to get a third.

It seems like all the FAs we bring in are for depth. We have mediocre starters with wonderful depth. Ralph better sign at least one big time player (not name).

Keith eliison starting is not a weakness IMO. He is a solid player who will get bigger and stronger.

I agree with this. They just might pluck an experienced second-tier CB from FA. I don't believe they will draft OKoye as Marv is satisfied with McCargo and Williams...both who will get bigger and stronger. I think we draft Patrick Willis or a RB if Willis is gone. I think we get a guard in FA as well...but not the two honchos. We will draft something like this (always changing) based on Marv's comments: RB/MLB/OT/CB/FB/TE

We won't have the cash-to-cap for two first rounders. Let's hope for a third rounder for Willis. P. Willis won't be there at 20 and Lynch won't be there at 12. Next...
