  1. Incredibly dumb move. Brady is 46 years old! Cue Taysom Hill being the starting QB next year
  2. I wouldn’t rule out Harbarugh. Ross has always been obsessed with him Should have removed the ping pong tables sooner!
  3. It has to do with the swelling associated with the injury. That isnt a crazy timeline to get ACL surgery
  4. Thats a good point and something I hadnt considered. McDermott would absolutely do that
  5. They needed a safety. I’m surprised they didn’t IR Hamlin tho instead of releasing Rhodes
  6. Right? Hammer the over He did get other chances and he squandered all of them. He’s not a good QB. That’s fine, it’s a hard position but let’s not act like he hasn’t gotten opportunities. He has 3/13 TD to INT ratio and this will be his 5th NFL start
  7. I’m really hoping that happens. I had a dream it did last night, woke up crying it made me so happy and relieved. I wrote in another thread I feel a little dirty about going. Like expecting to be entertained after this week seems so selfish. I hope the community being together will be good for the Mafia and for the players and coaches
  8. McDaniel would have given his players 5 mins to warm up right after taking away their ping pong table
  9. No, but teams just want to end the year. Players want to go on vacation. Teams have been game planning for this week (including the Bills). There is no reason to disrupt the entire league for one game. It will be a no contest or played next week
  10. The teams playing out the string wouldnt want this. They want to fire coaches and get to interviewing people. With all due respect to Whaley, this is a non starter and a good reminder of why hes not in the NFL anymore
  11. I bet they would still win by 17
  12. It’s Jets week, someone get that ping pong table Out of here!
  13. Well he was the PS QB most of the year. He got promoted after Trevor Simien was hurt
  14. I think the Jets have a better roster top to bottom. Better O-line, good WRs, good defense, Good Rb in Hall. They just have no viable option at QB. White is a nice story, but hes a mid range backup
  15. His coach would had his team playing Monday night after what happened to Damar. Luck was tired of rehabbing and it made him lose the love of the game. I’m sure that will happen for some guys, but the vast majority will continue to play
  16. I get your sentiment. Its hard to feel "normal" going back to a football game. I was telling my wife last night, I feel a little dirty going to and expecting to be entertained by these guys for a few hours. It feels wrong and insensitive. But, theres also something to be said for doing things that are "normal" when you are going through rough times or trauma. I am looking forward to being with the Bills Mafia community and being able to show our love to the players, coaches, GM, training staff, doctors ect. These players provide so much joy to community and its important for the community as a whole to be together. The shout song is a part of that, as is introductions and the charging Buffalos before kickoff. I get it, I'm torn about the propect of just showing up like its a regular game. But I'm also looking forward to the community being together and playing for Damar and hearing the shout song.
  17. My little dude is 1. I have concerns, but also have fond memories of playing myself. I won’t push it but I don’t won’t hold him back either
  18. I just went to go get one myself and the smallest size they have left is a 2XL. Incredible levels of Support being shown
  19. I’m really hoping to see Hamlin record a video that’s played before the game on Sunday
  20. Obviously I would love to continue the quest for a Super Bowl. I love football and I love the Bills, but most important to me is seeing Damar Hamlin recover. Anything else is a bonus as far as I’m concerned
  21. I really appreciate how much the NFL has gotten behind Damar Hamlin and the Bills. Terrible situation that has shown the good (and bad) of humanity, the NFL and Bills Mafia. I keep hoping for good news. Certainly all the positive thoughts are there for Damar Hamlin. Thanks TBD community for giving me an outlet for all this. This has been hard to watch and be a fan of the team and game during such a scary time
  22. Hamlin seems like a great guy. I am sure the money will be put to good use
  23. I've always been a Bengals fan. Wonderful city and great fans. They suffered for a long time like we did and its fun that both the Bills and Bengals have top QBs. Before the game, apparently Bills and Bengals fans were chanting "F*** the Chiefs". Unity, I love it
  24. ESPN really did a pretty good job considering everything. That was the game of the year for MNF/ESPN and it was already looking like it would be one for the ages and it just stopped after a seemingly routine play. To go from talking football and playoff scenarios to discussing CPR being done on the field to a healthy 24 year old is not easy. I thought all involved did very well
