What’s crazy his stats are nearly identical last year in his 6 starts. Dude is quiet quitting

in 12 starts with Cleveland he has 59% completion percentage, 2217 yards, 14Tds and 9 ints. Projected to 17 games 3140 yards, 20 TDs 13 INTs

Agree and disagree. The offense has been bad for long stretches this season, Dorsey was clearly a problem. I also think this is a bit of a panic move. Both things can be true

I've actually wondered this, but he made the call to be the play caller/D coordinator. He should know as well as anyone the time and energy it takes to do that. Frankly, he is out of excuses. This whole operation is of his design, he has had plenty of time to get the coaches he wants/needs. He makes the hiring decisions, he makes the game day roster, he designs the gameplans. This team should be humming and walking into the playoffs year after year and right now, the way this team is playing, I'm not sure they win another game

It is sad. I like McDermott, he deserves a ton of credit for helping to build this team, but he just keeps finding ways to lose winnable games. I’m not sure I see a win the rest of the year the way the entire team is playing. if they finish 5-12 he absolutely should be fired
