Josh has had 4 straight 4000 yard seasons and 40 total Tds. But he need a hard nosed coach? Cmon

If we had hired a young coach who had been the QBs coach for one of the best offenses in football and had previously coached one of the best colleges offenses of all time, people would love this hire. Defenses are good and well coached, but is that enough? Teams are looking for guys to win games by their offenses. Vrabel hasn’t been that guy. He will get another opportunity I’m sure, but him being shut out is not particularly surprising, at least to me
