  1. Geno hasn't been asked to do much as of late and it is helping them win. I wouldn't be shocked if this game went either way but given our recent track record I think this will be another loss
  2. A friend of mine in my grad school program was talking about getting his free meal and meeting up with some friends for dinner. I noticed he was still at his desk so I asked him what happened and he said everyone bailed on him so he was just gonna have a beer in his apartment and have leftovers. I couldn't allow that so I made him get his coat and got him a burger and beer tonight. The least I could do for someone that sacrificed so much
  3. My girlfriend loves it. Always says I should get on there but I just can't get into it.
  4. I want to believe in EJ. I really do. I was encouraged by what I saw the first few weeks of the season and live I saw the talent the Bills saw when they drafted him. His work ethic seems great and from what we can tell he wants to be great. All that is encouraging. For so long I think all Bills fans just want a guy we can rally around. I really want that to be EJ. Today was very discouraging. I felt like this was a winnable game for this team. I thought EJ would make a few plays and get his rust off and we would roll to a victory. Obviously that didn't happen and i was left with my doubts than encouraging signs today. I hope EJ looks back on this and gets it together next week. I still have hope for him. I'm not ready to give up on him after a few games. I'm frustrated that it seems we continue spinning our wheels and gaining no traction year after year. It sucks, it hurts watching them and just waiting for them to finally get it. But to throw EJ to the curb right now seems like such a waste. I hope he turns it around and becomes the guy we all hope he can be. A few more stinkers like today and we may actually have to look for a replacement soon. That thought is just awful to me.
  5. No offense to woods, but CJ and Freddy are the offense and its not close
  6. Run the ball. Early middle and late. Get 300 yards rushing
  7. I just tried to explain that to you. He is driving the mentality of the team, making sure the entire team is on the same page. You seem to just say well if he wasn't here, we would be fine. But nothing to support that except well Pettine is a good coach. No one is disagreeing with that but I see a whole different attitude from the TEAM that I haven't seen in a long time. The HC sets the tone of the team. So I credit Marrone for that
  8. Link? Also the HC doesn't have to call the plays to be a good coach. Marrone came in and said he was going to be like a CEO. make sure the TEAM is moving as one. There is value in that. More than one way to be a good coach. Gailey called a good game sometimes right? But he failed because he was an OC trying to be a HC and the team as a whole failed. Not everyone can do both and some people are better motivators than coordinators
  9. I worked at North Face for a bit. Outdoor gear. Gut came in asking if we had a 5XL jacket in stock and flipped out on me after I told him we didn't have that size in stock. I'm sorry we generally don't have many cars attempting to go rock climbing
  10. How can that decide a parent's fate with their child? Ridiculous
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1DLlTYA4ww Happy Friday
  12. He may be in more danger now. The trade for RG3 was smart in the sense they got their guy, but if EJ turns into a good starter and we got Kiko and Woods too, who got the better deal?
  13. And if TJ graham cold hold onto the ball we are in FG range in the 4th quarter down by 3 with Jeff freaking Tuel. Marrone is a good coach and the next 7 weeks, with you know, a QB, will reflect that
  14. Picked 10th overall in the CFL draft apparently. Only played 5 snaps the other day but I saw him make one tackle and said to my friend.. who was that guy? Hope he pans out.
  15. And the Jags have yet to lose a game by less than 10 points...
  16. Love the attacking attitude he brings.
  17. Still have to assemble the staff and find coaching talent. I have been impressed with how competitive the team is each week especially with the turnover at QB and in the secondary. The last few years if Gilmore and McLovin were out that was a guaranteed blowout loss by 55 points.
  18. I wrote a comment just ripping the guy for bad grammar and a lack of fact checking. Normally it doesn't bother me but it looks like my dog could have written that
  19. Until Washington can protect Bob Griffin they will continue to be a bad football team. Griffin is going to get killed behind that line
  20. Pat Angerer LB Colts is my favorite Kiko Alonso has a legend so he has to be the list
