As long as there is less than 13 seconds left…Leslie is your man!
Dolphins will never be in that position, so nothing to worry about!

When you go out and complete the same mistake game after game, you are not listening to your coach, therefore not respecting him.
How many times did Allen throw an INT with a 15 yard out route against the sideline? How many times did he need to be told to read the defense before throwing the ball?
It's not secret how harsh Daboll was with Allen. We seen it on TV. Allen goes back to the bench now, grabs his IPad, and Brady will console him. Allen is a child at heart, he will admit it himself. You need to be stern with a child for it to sink in.
Imagine thinking we need to be stern to a guy with a work ethic like Josh Allen.
Here is a fact, you have absolutely no knowledge of the conversations, the level of respect, or how harsh or easy Brady is on Josh. None, zero, zip. To sprout this off as "fact" is reckless and stupid.

I remember he was lauded as a pretty strong up and coming guy for the league before the blunder in Carolina. Really hoping we found something with him. Listening to a PC from him would be really nice insight that I'd love to hear.
Recent events in Carolina suggest Brady probably wasn't the issue. That team has been a trainwreck since Tepper got there

You can be hard nosed and demand respect without screaming. It's clear as day, Josh doesn't fear or respect Dorsey and Brady like he did Daboll. Daboll wouldn't let Josh just do whatever he wanted out there.
Oh please, how could you possible know this?

I want Frank Reich no where near Josh Allen.
Posts like this just show people are living in the past. Have you watched a hard knocks in the last 10 years? Very few coaches are getting in guys faces and screaming at them. The ones that do (Gregggggggg) are laughed at. Why? It’s a different world now and these guys are professionals. Josh has had 4 straight 4000 yard seasons and 40 total Tds. But he need a hard nosed coach? Cmon

If we had hired a young coach who had been the QBs coach for one of the best offenses in football and had previously coached one of the best colleges offenses of all time, people would love this hire.
I get it, I would have liked to see a really exhaustive search. But Brady is a good hire and I bet if a division rival had hired him, we’d be pissed McDermott didn’t do more to keep him

I'm not convinced SF ever gives him a huge contract. They may prefer to let him walk and find another game manager who can win with 99% of the cap devoted to stacking the roster around him.
No way he doesn’t get paid. He has been exactly what Shanny has been searching for years

He’s obsessed with promoting internally
I mean, there’s merit to that strategy and it isn’t necessarily a bad thing. He also made a move to fire the last guy he promoted internally when it was clear it wasn’t working

Name Impact Play #2 from Kelsey.
I didn’t say he had any. He was a fine rotation DE, that the Bills tried to make an every down starter

I'll be shocked if Vrabel gets completely shut out. Starting to wonder if the Titans have sullied his name in league circles as difficult to work with.
I’m not. He’s a good coach, but he certainly hasn’t made any crazy impression in the game. His offenses has been hand it to Henry for his entire tenure. Defenses are good and well coached, but is that enough? Teams are looking for guys to win games by their offenses. Vrabel hasn’t been that guy.
He will get another opportunity I’m sure, but him being shut out is not particularly surprising, at least to me

I know you are joking, but his tipped pass INT of Romo on MNF is still one of the most athletic plays I've ever seen a DL make

One low key interesting storyline to the OC/DC search.
McD may be hiring his successor, could that impact who he hires? Frank Reich and Eric Washington aren’t replacing him…
No it won't. If they fire McDermott, they are not replacing him with anyone on staff. That such a rare thing in sports

They should interview Kellen Moore and Beienemy too. Brady did well and think he’d be a fine OC, but if they don’t get this hire right….

Play calling isn’t the end all be all it seems. Plenty of coaches have done well without being the primary play caller before being hired as HC.Yup. HC is more like a CEO position. It’s why guys like Cambell and Pierce are getting jobs

Some people don’t want to give McDermott any credit at all.
I give him a ton of credit. He’s a great coach. Is he a championship coach? That is a legit debate

Allen was never making the AFCCG as a rookie in 2018.
Do you not remember how different these dudes’ 2018’s were lol. Josh had like 10 passing TD’s, Mahomes had 50.
Ok so 5 straight

Jones has some value. He has started a bunch of games and played a decent level for most of them. If he is willing to be a backup, he could have a long career. I wonder about his attitude though, for the final game of the year he was a healthy scratch. Typically don’t do that for good soldiers
