  1. Week 17. He will have one catch for 3 yards to clinch it on the final drive
  2. I think San Diego goes first Rams should be ashamed leaving with a 20 year old stadium. What a joke
  3. Philban is awful. Get ready to watch the Dolphins have another late season collapse. Its what he does best. This guy is DJ with a better defense and QB
  4. I think the plan was go big. Brees is getting up there so they swung big. The Ravens did it a few years ago when they won the Super Bowl. They had to get rid of a lot of guys the following year but it worked
  5. Surprising considering Mickey Loomis is more a cap guy as GM anyway. Good article on how a salary cap is structured
  6. Good for him. The talent here on the D line was so deep he wasn't good enough to be on the roster but other guys were better. Love hearing about guys making it
  7. I dont understand it so it must be witchcraft The universe was created 6000 years ago. Now that I can understand!
  8. Clearly we are not going to agree and thats fine. I have seen enough of this guy in his career to know he is a "me" guy Just a few examples http://nesn.com/2011...oard-in-denver/ Fining Tim Tebow after fans put up a billboard asking for him to be benched http://www.foxsports...ith-romo-100114 Didn't get along with Romo or staff in Dallas http://www.cbssports...475988/31400328 "Don't talk to me about Tebow" http://www.denverpos...ping-not-repeat "This has been the Orton way for much of his career. He signs. He eventually starts. He leaves on bad terms. Rinse and repeat." I'd be willing to bet he plays this game back and forth in the offseason, leaves the FO out to dry then takes his money and retires until next August when a team comes calling. Why people continue to defend him is beyond me. His history is well documented as a mediocre QB with a bad attitude
  9. Orton is aging like milk
  10. I never said it was shocking he slid. I'm shocked he didn't care enough to try. Trent Edwards did that **** too. How bout we talk about his 2 redzone picks the last few games or maybe when he starred down his 6'7" TE and threw it right to the defender. Perhaps his back up into a sack That game was never close. Orton threw for a bunch of yards against a prevent defense. He is responsible for awful performances against Miami and KC that directly lost us the season. He is also a wuss, plays for himself and couldn't be bothered to sweat it out with his teammates in August after quitting his last team to force a release. I want nothing to do with him.
  11. Packers 24 Bills 17 Orton has 300 yards but 250 in the 4th quarter
  12. Whose fault is that? Orton plays for himself. You know what i can't stand about this convo and people seem to be missing, Orton slides in a win or go home game. Stanton and Shaun Hill dive for the first down. Gotta have heart Call me crazy but I want the dude thats going down swinging.
  13. Drew Stantons record is 6-3. He is currently leading the team with the best record in football in a division with the defending super bowl champs and everyones favorite coach. I'm supposed to feel better about our sucky QB play because two other teams, one of which is making the playoffs have bad QB's too? And both of them were backups at the start of the season. Shaun Hill was benched for Austin "I was a high school football coach last season" Davis earlier this year. Yes Orton isn't Geno Smith. But he's also not even Andy Dalton. After 15 years, I'm tired of rooting for mediocrity.
  14. id be willing to bet he still sucks next year
  15. Thats why I only talk Bills football here
  16. I don't doubt Winston's talent. In fact I think he's amazingly talented. But he's a few cards short of a full deck and very likely to get in trouble in the pros like he did in college. He makes Manziel look like a choir boy
  17. I hate blanket statements like this. What shows that Nassib is clearly better than EJ? He's barely played His stellar preseason stats against 3rd stringers? 74 44 588 59.5 7.9 5 6.8 0 0.0 73 1 3 107.3
  18. He was pretty dreadful when asked to be the man in Carolina
  19. The record suggests it has been better
  20. Negative ghostrider Orton won 10 games his rookie year, then was benched for Grossman. He barely played the next 2 years before falling one game short of the playoffs in his final season with the Bears. With Denver he started 6-0 and finished 2-7 before being pulled. A 3-10 record the following season before being benched for Capt. Handoff and 1-4 before being benched for Tebowmania, subsequently cut and winning 2 games for the chiefs http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/O/OrtoKy00.htm
  21. To be fair, I think that was more McShay than Kiper Edit: I was wrong http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/04/19/mcshay-kiper-draw-their-final-battle-lines-on-jimmy-clausen/
  22. Getting to 8-8 here is an accomplishment. We've had one winning season this entire century. Marrone has this team playing hard. If he had a QB, we'd all feel a lot different about Doug. I dont care if he's a nice guy or not. Belicheck and Harbaugh are dicks and people want them here
  23. MW looked slow every play he was on the field this year. I have no idea the fascination with why he wasn't playing. He's lost it due to injury. A common tale many here just can't seem to grasp
