I hate this job. I feel like such a terrible fit here and I would have hoped by now I'd feel comfortable and was starting to get it. But I'm just not. It's been 7 months and I still feel like my head is spinning. This job just requires so much industry knowledge and j simply don't have it. I try extremely hard, I read everything, go to webinars. I ask questions. I've read manuals, cut sheets and every time I feel like I'm getting it, I screw something else up. It's gotten to the point where I'm not just frustrated anymore, I'm unhappy. People keep telling me that this is normal and it will get better. It's been 7 months. I can't think of one day that I've felt comfortable here. Am I being dumb? Or is this just a bad fit that I need to remove myself from?

Dear Diary, Well the offensive line sucked this week. I asked for Cyrill Richardson when he went on waivers but Gus said no. Who does that guy even think he is? I'm getting paid by two franchises. Also good tips. I had 5 different versions of my resume. My spreadsheet named the company, job title, brief description, contact name, date applied and if I had received a response or not. Makes a big difference if you have the spreadsheet. When the jobs called, I knew the exact date I applied, who I had spoken to, and the job description in the initial conversation. Really impressed people when I asked after the fact. Including at my current job
