Kraft did not. if Kraft had appealed last year, I'd agree with you. But he didn't, he forfeited that right and now he wants to try to go around the rules. Think about it. What if, nearly a year later a player told the league he wanted his fine money back because circumstances changed. Everyone would say that's ridiculous

Actually it does matter and he has no good reason to ask other than being a dick. Kraft took his punishment. There was no promise Brady wouldnt be suspended if he did. The Patriots were fined for disrupting the investigation, refusing to allow Wells to interview the weight loss champ and his associates and having been caught cheating before. For Kraft to ask for it back is arrogant, self righteous and insulting to the rest of the league

Yup. Not my proudest moments but some kid was sinking shots in a game against us and taunting our bench and my buddy who was guarding him. Asked my friend to switch with me so I could guard him, he went up for a shot, I pulled his leg out and he landed hard on his hip. I was immediately pulled from the game, got a technical and didn't set foot on the court the rest of the game but that kid stopped being a jerk. We would have lost with or without the technical, but I made sure he knew he wasnt going to pull that crap to my teammates and get away scot free.

No. The case is court right now is related to Brady and only Brady. Krafts only interest in that case is whether his ugg wearing QB will be available for week one. The pats* forfeited their right to appeal hoping Brady wouldn't be suspended. There is no reason to give back the pick, even if they botched the investigation. Kraft didnt appeal, and now writing a letter shouldnt get it back
