Richard Sherman - 3ry deal with 49ers

He is coming off a torn Achilles. Might want to make sure he can run first -
I'd love his talent. I don't think Sammy is a good fit here. Selfish player who has never really been consistently able to back up his talk. Hes showed some serious flashes in his career but guys drafted after him have had much more success. Even this past year. With a great offense and emerging QB and creative playcaller he was getting outworked by Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods. This trade showed me that McBeane know what they are doing. The fleeced the Rams. Nice for the Bills to win a trade every so often

AJ McCarron wins grievance vs Bengals, is UFA

I don't think so. Seeing the contract Glennon got last year will make teams a bit wary. Plus the glut of QB talent expected to be available. He will get paid, but I think it will be a solid deal and not crazy -

DeShone Kizer in Buffalo
Captain Hindsight replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
For all of Tyrod's limitations as a passer, he has actually won a game in the NFL. If they traded him straight up for Kizer, McBeane will have some some explaining to do -
Buffalo could have 2nd Shot at Cousins

I didnt write that -
Are we really asking this? He was horrendous in his first start. Epic level of horrible. Not just to the eye, but to stats, history. He threw a pick on 10% of his passes this season. Thats awful. Jeff Tuel had a better day against a better defense in his only start. Who didnt fully expect him to throw a pick in the playoff game? His arm is weak, he telegraphs passes. Hes a bad NFL QB. A very common tale. I don't understand the fascination with this kid. He seems like a nice kid who made a few good throws in preseason. Lots of guys have done that you never hear from again. Peterman is just the lastest one to play for the Bills

Ah yes, the far off observer who has never participated in a meeting or talked to LeSean but can speak to confidently about his ability as a leader. I don't know either. But I hate when someone spouts off an opinion about how someone carries themselves at a job who just flat out doesn't know. Spoiler alert, people act differently behind closed doors, especially at work.

You must be kidding? He threw a pick on 10% of his passes. Tyrod threw 420 passes last seaon. If we assume NP threw that many he would have 42 ints last year which would tie him with George Blanda for most all time in a season. Peterman is a terrible NFL quarterback, just like plenty of other guys drafted with "potential and character and intangibles". If he is the plan going forward, the Bills will be locked into the number one pick.

Lets hope its not life threatening whatever it is and the player is able to live a normal life after this. News like this is always scary. -
If the Bills get a veteran QB...........
Captain Hindsight replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The did trade up but only gave up a thrid to do it. It was an awful draft pick tho and anyone with google could have told you he wasn't mature enough to handle being a first round pick QBs taken after Johnny Football Bridgewater Carr Garroppolo McCarron -
So hes not the most mature and reserved person? That doesn't bother me in the slightest. The dude that has won 5 super bowls likes to yell and get in peoples faces too. Mayfield knows how hard he needs to work. This is a former walk on that started the opener as a true freshman. Hes the first person to do that in NCAA history. Then he went on to win the Heisman. He is a gamer and i think the team that drafts him is going to get a star
