  1. Its hard to give up on any dream, much less one you've had to work so hard just to get to this point. Its why I loved seeing that comeback last night and how the whole team celebrated it. Preseason doesn't matter, but to those guys that made a few plays to win the game in what could be their final time ever wearing a helmet is an incredible memory for them.
  2. Not sure the exact rule, but after a certain time period they can resign with the team that they were released from. Probably like 8 weeks, but dont quote me on that
  3. No doubt she could learn how to do it. She is a professional athlete capable of doing incredible things. She could shorten those steps if she worked at it
  4. Shes obviously a long shot, but I have no issue with her trying. If someone wants to put in the time to help her, then I'm all for that too. Everyone who says women can't do things men can do is just lazy and ignorant to what happens everyday. I have a friend who is great looking girl, super sweet and smart, could do literally any job in the world. I was surprised when she said she wanted to join the army. Talked to her a few weeks ago. She is the fastest women and 4th fastest soldier in her unit for PT training(cant remember the terms she used), she has the highest marksmanship of her unit and is leading a group of soldiers in army intel. People earn spots based on their merit. If Carli Llyod is good enough at kicking a football to be on a team, she should be on a team. Shes not stupid, she would be well aware of the risks
  5. If I havent watched a 4th preseason game in a few years does that count?
  6. They really like Bates. To get two picks for a guy who might have been cut is great. Hopefully we wont miss the 2021 7th
  7. Would you let your outgoing manager make the biggest decision in the company's history before he is fired on Monday?
  8. And Watson would be getting blasted by a ***** oline here too. Live in the present man, lots of reasons to be excited for the team that actually is in reality
  9. I also have two in anyone wants them. PM me
  10. Don't have time to look for the interview, but Beane said something about looking at future draft classes when considering FAs and draft picks. Its so nice to see an actual plan for this team. Whaley could recognize talent, but his roster building skills left a lot to be desired. Every move was "this year" With McBeane its always "this year and next year". Its so refreshing You need a hug bud?
  11. But how is it any different than Teddy Bridgewater blowing out his knee in TC? Or Brady getting hurt week one? Players get hurt, they dont meet expectations, but that doesnt mean your tickets are now null and void. You paid for the realty TV show that is 100% realty. Things will not always go to the FANs expectation and and thats just too damn bad for the fan. Bills started 5-2, finished 7-9. Never once did i consider calling my ticket rep to demand a refund. I pad for reality and I got it
  12. They signed Kerry Collins in TC. Also brought in Dan Orvlosky towards the end of the year. Painter was bad, but he averaged 191 yards a game and had only 9ints in 8 starts. Peterman would get comeback player of the year with those numbers
  13. The Colts let him keep the money in hopes he would come back after a year. Plain and simple Conspiracy theories are fun, but me thinks your looking into this too much
  14. I got two you can have for a 6 pack
  15. If they built a new stadium and required a PSL for ST, I'd be out. But I budget for this all year. I love going and can't imagine rooting for anyone else based on cost
  16. And? Lots of people enjoy it and it is a huge industry and big reason why the NFL is so popular. I personally don't get alot of listening to people talk about it on the radio, but I enjoy playing fantasy football. Its a good way to connect with friends, do some math and win some money. Its not for everyone, but its a hell of lot more interesting talking fantasy football than engineering on monday morning. At least to me
  17. Bill Belicheck is a genius and I'd love to listen to him talk football for hours Tom Brady is incredible. I can't ever picture someone else winning 6 super bowls. His consistency over 20 years truly amazing to see. Doug Whaley assembled a very talented team. If they had hired Jim Schwartz, Whaley would still be here.
  18. Hot Seat: Marrone O'Brian Shanahan Jay Gruden Garrett Dishonorable mention - Dan Quinn. But I think things would have to go realllly bad for him to be fired
  19. It is babying him. A third year pro needs to get some snaps in blowouts to boost his confidence? Cmon man. Its his 3rd year! and he needs to be built up? WHY??? Give that spot to someone that can do the job. You know the leading rusher for most teams in the preseason gets cut right? Maybe they should just give him carries in blowouts to boost his confidence since he performed so well in the preseason. Manage your assets ? Name 5
  20. Which one can complete the out route?
  21. Hahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahaha *takes breath* Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahahahhahaah Nope. Check the stats. Its not close Why does he need to be babied??? This is professional football. Either you can or cant and Peterman has shown when its a real game, he cant. How people cannot grasp this is incredible to me
  22. If someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time
  23. George Kittle https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/george-kittle-1.html Dawson Knox https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/dawson-knox-1.html Basically only difference was in Tds. Ole Miss had a ton of talent at receiver so he wasnt targeted as much. But 15 avg? Yeah I'll take that anyday
