  1. I really wanna know what thirdgeneration did to get banned
  2. I actually didnt have a problem with that. Fitz was playing well enough that an extra TO would have been a godsend. With the Fins down two scores and an onside kick virtually impossible to recover with the new rules, I'd do the same thing
  3. What game were you watching? Josh was good yesterday. Steady and calm and was almost perfect in the second half. I will take that everyday from our QB after years of wondering which version of Tyrod/Fitz/EJ/Orton/Tuel/Popcorn guy was going to show up
  4. No kidding. I was reading MMQB this morning in regards to all the QBs Elway has drafted Osweiler _ Retired Simien - Backup for Jets Lynch - Currently a backup to a dude named Duck Lock - Shaky preseason, currently on IR and signed/traded for Keenum Paid 25mil for one season Flacco - Looks completely shot Since he was able to convince a HOFer to play QB for him. Elway probably should be fired, but likely won't since of who he used to be.
  5. Darnold could be in for a long night against that front 7. Jets should sign a bunch of o lineman this offseason
  6. Yeah I thought Flacco looked done. He wasnt getting much help from his O line to be fair, but very little urgency or much at all for him SOOOOOO glad John Elway felt secure enough in *checks notes* Case Keenum.... to pass on talents like Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson
  7. The Rams just traded 3 1st round picks for him
  8. John Clayton says Kitchens was almost fired after the Seahawks game https://www.totalprosports.com/2019/10/16/nfl-insider-claims-freddie-kitchens-was-almost-fired-after-seahawks-loss-unlikely-to-return-next-season/
  9. I get trying to retool a roster and get a QB, but you still need some pieces on the roster. Drake is a young, cheap and talented RB. Is the 4th round pick really worth it to miami? They still have to find someone to run the ball
  10. I am O+. Ill make a plan to donate
  11. How so? I would argue this is better than outscoring everyone. The defense isnt forcing a bunch of turnovers and if Josh can cut down on his, this team will be really sound and mistake free. Hard to beat a team that doesnt beat themselves
  12. Not if they continue to draft and sign FAs well. There is a ton of depth on this roster right now as evidenced by guys getting claimed and traded at the end of PS. Its one of the reasons the Patriots are so successful every year. They always have some UDFA start at a key position and play well for peanuts Not unlike Levi Wallace
  13. Apparently 5 years from now. Once he gets the perfect situation. Not unlike Nate Peterman At least Peterman would throw the ball. Rosen wont even do that
  14. Fitz to start Sunday. So much for Rosen starting the rest of the year
  15. Fitz to start Sunday. Guess Rosen will have to exact his revenge in a few week
  16. Vrabel always seemed like an odd choice for a HC. What exactly has he done to earn that role? He doesnt seem especially innovative or super motivating. What was the appeal? Mariota has always been...ok. I always expected him to play better and he just never did. Hes had a ton of OCs which didn't help but he is super conservative. Gotta take chances in this league
  17. Marrone finally got those two first picks back for Sammy Watkins
  18. I think hes good enough to play in the NFL. I do think hes being black balled. I wouldnt be upset if the Bills signed him or any other team for that matter That all said, the NFL owners can sign whoever they want
  19. It is fair to say he hasn't been in a good situation, but he has also done nothing to make the players around him better. To me, he is a backup at best and I'm not even sure hes a good one
  20. Don't bring me into this
  21. Blah blah blah more excuses for the Chosen one. Want to know what Rosen's real problem is? It has absolutely nothing to do with his circumstances. Its that he isn't willing to take a risk. Take a look at his passing chart from last week when he completed 15 passes for 85 yards against an 0-5 team that just fired their HC. https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/list/pass/team/season/week/josh-rosen/ROS357433/2018/5/pass Throw the ball down the field Josh. Until he learns to do that, he will continue to be a terrible starter. He is Trent Edwards with a better arm. We know how that story ends Every QB gets a pass rusher in their face. Every QB has to fit a ball into a tight window. Every QB faces adversity. Some can handle it, some can't. Rosen continues to show he can't. If Rosen ever starts 16 games in a season, I will be shocked As to your point about Bridgewater, he was a playoff QB before his knee exploded. He just needed to get healthy. That is not a good example. I expect Rosen to have a career more like Blaine Gabbert (if he is lucky)
  22. Not picking on you in particular, but I hate this argument The Bills are a good team with Allen. The Jets are a good team with Darnold. The Packers are a good team with Rodgers. Sometimes those players can elevate the players around him and some guys just cant. Rosen may be a good QB, but apparently he needs the perfect scenario to be "good". That makes him a backup at best. JA hardly walked into an ideal situation here. Two starting pro bowl offensive lineman were lost. His number 1 and 2 WRS are out of the league and recently traded for a 5th rounder two years from now. His RB was on the decline and had his worst season in his career. Despite all of that, Allen found a way to make some plays and win 4 of his last 6 starts and averaged 286 total yards and ~2 TDs a game Baker Mayfield came to a team that had averaged HALF A WIN the previous two years. His HC and OC were fired mid season and he finished with 3700 yards passing and 27TDs Darnold. Horrible O line, lame duck HC no running game. 2800 yards and 17Tds Rosen had David Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Christian Kirk and a bad oline. Id argue not much worse than Buffalo's 2300 yards and 11Tds. His last 6 games he accounted for 2 Tds and averaged 158 total yards per game in his final 6 games. He failed to elevate those around him and the fact the Cards had to wait until draft night to declare they were moving on was a joke. Rosen is bad. He hasnt been able to translate his college game to the pros. Its such a common tale but its not his fault ?
  23. We have Roberts and McKenzie. Neither player has played their way off the roster, why bother picking up Ray Ray? If we need a PR, Hyde is next up. I bet Singletary can return kicks. There just isn't room. Bills have a luxury to say that for the first time in a long time
  24. I mean, do they really need to "prepare" Fitz eventually throws it to the guys in red. Rosen eventually poops his pants
  25. The AFC sets up well for the Bills this year. I dont see a game on the docket that they can't win. Philly should be a challenge Browns on the road could be a tough game Dallas if they decide to show up Baltimore will be tough, but winnable especially at home Could week 16 be for the division? Honestly it wouldn't shock me. If Josh learns how to take care of the football better, this team could be very very good
