I don't hate Teddy, I just don't know what it does for the Broncos. Is he any better than Lock? Hes good enough to win you 7-8 games and keep you out of range for a top QB in the draft. We saw that happen a few times in the drought and we kept spinning our wheels with other teams castoffs Also, Denver was the only team interested and Carolina is paying him 7 million to not play for them. Thats what the NFL thinks of his potential right now

I'd take Lance 2nd. Take the guy with the most tools and develop him. Swing for the fences if you are picking that high, especially if they all have things that arent perfect. I think Lance goes 3 to the Niners. Also, If the Niners gave up that much for a guy whose pro comp is Kirk Cousins, I think they are idiots Fields probably isnt judged as harshly in NFL circles. Media loves a good story, but I havent gotten the vibe from NFL teams that Fields isnt highly rated

Miami Trades Ereck Flowers - OL Line @ #6 Now?

And they beat one team with a winning record (rams) when they had a whopping 145 yards of offense In fact, they remind me of this team https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_Buffalo_Bills_season https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_Miami_Dolphins_season -

The tackle looks like he might be ok. Not first round pick worthy, but decent. Tua and the corner are not looking great right now -
I'm not a huge supporter of the expanded numbers. Its fine, but I personally liked the "professionalism" of the number limits in the NFL. JMO But for Brady to complain about this when his offense in NE had a game where Edelman was ineligible on the line so the tackle was eligible and could catch passes to confuse the defense, seems like some sour grapes https://www.si.com/nfl/2015/03/25/new-england-patriots-ineligible-receiver-trick-banned#:~:text=NFL team owners voted to ban the ineligible receiver play, him as an ineligible receiver.

Miami considering trading down from 6
Captain Hindsight replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I flat out don't trust Tua. He was far too comfortable being pulled in games last year when he was ineffective. Does he want to be great? Does he feel like the coaching staff has his back or is he always looking over his shoulder? In that week 17 game in Buffalo, he looked like he wanted to be anywhere else. Can he lead a team when things arent going well? I have my doubts What does your offense do well? What is the identity? You have two OCs - how is that going to work? You have a good defense, that will keep you in some games. But relying on your defense and hoping to get a decent offense leads to 6, 7 win seasons. I'd love a rivalry with Miami. I really would, but that week 17 game showed how far Miami is from contending. Playoff lives on the line vs a team with nothing to play for and you lose by 30? Good luck -

Dolphins drafted Tua with their own first. Austin Jackson was drafted with the pick from Pittsburgh -

I think Miami is going to crash. Paper tiger last year and their QB doesn't have the trust of his HC. They have a good defense, except when they plays JA17 -
Justin Fields confirms epilepsy rumor

Perhaps someone with more medical background can explain epilepsy better, but it seems to havent had much affect on him as an elite athlete. Sounds like doctors arent too concerned -
Ro-ro for "Right Josh" Rosen

And that second was basically the same pick we got for Tyrod. The dolphins actually agreed to trader an earlier pick, then were offered a deal to move back and trade the later 2nd round pick for Rosen. Obviously not at all concerned someone would offer a better deal -

I'd encourage you to go watch a few of his games with the Cardinals and the Dolphins. Even when he had time, a perfect pocket and guys open, he was late on throws, no anticipation. He had like maybe two good throws a game. He honestly reminded me of Peterman with a better arm. Skittish, no pocket awareness and uncomfortable. The fact they "debated" whether or not to draft Murray is laughable. Kingsbury was hired to coach Murray -

Possible, but I'm not sure his HC believes in him. Hence the relief pitcher. They lured Brissett there too with a 5 million dollar contract. Orton was paid 6 mil IIRC to be the eventual starter here. Miami is hedging their bets with a vet with lots of starting experience -

Was hoping he would get another opportunity. One of the most inspiring comeback stories I've ever seen. What a great career
