  1. I hope so. I was pretty open with the recruiter on the inital call about my situation and they didnt seem to think that was a problem I will do this, this is good advice. Thanks, I have only used 2 days of PTO just to finish out the week my son was born, so I still have a week or so built up. I am getting the FMLA through a company called shelterpoint, only got one check so far last interview went well, he basically told me I'm going to get an offer so I guess I will just have to review it and make the best decision for me and my family thanks everyone
  2. I am currently on FMLA with the birth of my son a few weeks ago and was contacted to interview for a position right after he was born. I decided to take the interview because it was a good company and a good job and the interviews have gone well so I am expecting them to make me an offer. Assuming it’s a good offer, I think I will be accepting the position My question is how to handle leaving my current role. I obviously don’t want to burn any bridges, but I don’t want to end my leave early (I’m only on week 3 of 8 ) just to put in my two week notice. Would I owe them any money I’ve been paid through FMLA if I were to leave the company?
  3. Daniel Jones is such a weird QB. He is talented and a good Athlete. He will make these eye popping throws and great runs then trip over himself and fumble or throw a horrible pick Every time I watch him I am both impressed and wondering how he is in the league
  4. You would think after watching what Josh Allen became, the Jets would have taken Lance instead of a Darnold Clone
  5. Dude has one catch as a Bill. I think he’s good and an intriguing prospect, but the Bills cut him for John Brown last year when he came back.
  6. If it’s really over the bonus structure and offset language the Jets are beyond stupid. Especially the offset language, NFL teams can basically print money and if you were worried Wilson wasn’t gonna be the guy, why did you pick him at number 2???
  7. Well said. This is why I don’t think Miami is a threat. Flores doesn’t respect his players all that much. Yanking guys in and out of the lineup. Cutting guys left and right and giving no explanation (Van Noy) specifically Tua better be good Or Flores is going to try to having trouble keeping that team together with Jacoby Brisset as his relief pitcher
  8. My most random one by far is at a bar in Fargo ND. I was the only person in there besides the bartender and in walks a guy with his girlfriend and he has a Bills hat. I said "hey man, go Bills!" Turns out he was from Victor (outside of Rochester) graduated the same year as me and grew up about 20 mins from where I did. His GF was from Fargo Small world
  9. Yes, this is what caused a 17 year playoff drought in Buffalo and Cleveland. The Bills led the league in rushing once and had 54 sacks another year and missed the playoffs both times. QB is the most important position and pulling Phil Simms stats to prove your point shows you don't have a logical point. Comparing how football was played in 1990 to 2021 is like comparing 1990 to 1959. Same 31 year gap
  10. Getting the QB leftovers in the draft and FA and hoping they don't suck
  11. You are pulling numbers from 1990 and 2003 to say that they can win like that today? Have you watched any football in the last 10 years? Those are Tyrod Taylor numbers. You get to 500 with that at best. We watched it here for 17 years cmon man
  12. I wanted to buy a Hamdan one when I was in college but I needed beer money instead
  13. I remember watching EJ during the Houston game thinking his footwork was an absolute mess. Pulling him was the only decision, but he should have started week 17. Marrone was coaching for his job, got to keep it and promptly quit
  14. Right? Even signing Boldin when he was 38 was seen as this huge win and in reality, even hed played he would have gotten like 500 yards and 2 Tds
  15. His Wrs that game Robert Foster Calvin Ridley Jerry Jeudy Henry Ruggs Davonte Smith 4 1st rounders. Holy smokes
  16. He had two games under 100 yards passing! Miami has good WRs and TE too. Tua could be good, but if I was a dolphins fan, I'd be very worried.
  17. Cardinals would have a better draw. They would show Kliff kicking it with his players being cool and then trying to find Murry behind a group of children visiting.
  18. Dallas is honestly such a boring team. They have been a middling program for 10 years and have a HC with the personality of an onion. Nothing about that team interests me except to see them lose.
