Yeah I really like Maye. He’s doing well without much talent. He can play at this level. But I don’t see game breaking talent
-
I like Maye. I saw some writer saying he was better than Josh Allen at this stage and expected him to take a big jump next year. So watch out I guess
-
Eh he was 22-31. They were coming off an 8-8 season and were 3-2 when he was fired. Mediocre
-
Yeah, he’s a weirdo. But seems like a good person. I hate that the NFL props him up as some sort of genius, but I don’t wish ill on the man
-
I really hope not for his sake. Hes got a young family, be a shame if he was on a bad path again

Any DB McDermott thinks he can work with is always good in my book. Was watching Levi Wallace get torched the other night. McDermott made him a low end starter for years here. Reminds of Belicheat and how he could pick random dudes up and make them good players

Week 14 - Bills at Rams Game Week Thread
Captain Hindsight replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed, this is far more likely to be a laugher than a close game Stafford aint what he used to be. That trade worked out great in the short term, but now they have an older QB, and not much ammo to help him -
Because their opponents are playing the bengals defense on “rookie” mode
-
No way. If Taylor was a 3rd round pick that had some upside, there might be some merit to this. But what exactly would be the point of switching out a 40 year old QB for 35 year old QB? They arent making the playoffs, they are barely playing for pride. Just play out the string and hope for a few highlight plays to put in the hype video for next season

Best I've felt about the bills since 2020
Captain Hindsight replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
I understood take that Bills were less talented and might struggle a bit with a young roster. But the talk of them being not a legit contender was absurd. Josh Allen is arguably the most talented player in the league, as long as he is on the field, the Bills can win any game -
Right? I forgot all about this dude
-
I saw a stat that they have a +54 point differential. Only losing one game all year, that seems almost impossible. The raiders being 13.5 point underdogs yesterday was the easiest bet all season. The Raiders are bad, but the Chiefs are running on fumes right now My bet is if they get the 2 seed, they lose at home to Denver and Bo Nix

The fact the bears gave Eberflus, who was already failing as a HC, the number one overall pick for 75% of a season is unbelievable. He was bad last year and they were like “here, here’s a Ferrari. Good luck” Caleb might not be good, but the bears have already set his development back by now having him with his 3rd playcalled before year 2. Insane

Especially considering the talent on the roster
-
It in the contract when you buy them. It was just never an issue for 17 years

Purdy played at Iowa St and is a professional athlete who has started 2 NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl. I'm sure he can handle wind speeds most high schoolers can
-
Purdy has plenty of arm strength to deal with 20 MPH winds. Even Peterman could deal with that.

What they don't show in the video, is he robbed the kid of his Pokémon cards before he put him back
