The Buffalo Bills are a failed organization covering about a 15 year span: - Horrible drafts, they have not picked a successful first round draft pick in years and even worse look who we passed on - Horrible coaching - Horrible front office If I'm Mr. Pegula I am looking for a football czar and getting ready to throw a match to the whole organization starting over as soon as possible.
