I drank it before the 2015 season; I predicted 6 - 10 for 2016. I got "fooled again" to quote the Who in 2015, but not 2016! Exactly, but to read many posts many are not convinced and ready to start shaking poms poms for 2017 with a "business as usual" sign.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the media does not scout, evaluate, or draft players; nor does it sign free agents nor make personnel decisions. WGR or the print media do not develop or execute game plans, offensive or defensive systems. Sully or Bucky Gleason did not have decision-making authority over the LOUSY first round picks over the last several years of who coaches the team. And I don't need the media to inform the Bills are a losing organization, I know that! This organization has a losing culture, and changes need to happen, including Whaley. Even Ray Charles can see that!

Bottom Line! And it aint happrning next year either!

Look at what the Steers did in the early 1970's, the Giants in the 1980's, the Cowboys in the 1990s; Knoll, Parcells, and Jimmy Johnson were either unknown or in Jimmy Johnson's case not NFL proven. The Cowboys story and drafting in the early 90's was amazing; just hire the right people. We have sucked at everything for 17 years - let's get bold, or we can just keep BSing and waiting for next year!

I generally do not subscribe to the "simplistic" approach that is found on this board; if you are serious and really think Rex and TT are the answer I would be willing to talk offline and make several monetary wages with you if the two of them are around in 2017! Let me know!

It's not Brandon, Whaley, or anyone else specifically; this organization has a losing culture that is cancerous and the only logical fix is to clean house.

Rex inherited a team that had the 4th best defense in 2014 led by a great DC; he let the DC walk and restructured the Defense to the bottom 20 in the NFL. Pure ego; poor management, poor decision making and a lousy statement to the players. We have not drafted anyone in the first round that has been an impact player - and please, Watkins and Dareus are not impact players, not yet! This is a failed organization across the board; someone from the Corporate world please tell me how long you would get to produce results? How can you continue to think this organization is moving forward?

Do yourself a favor and review this teams won - loss record since 1999; then review its draft record and focus on first round picks. I do not live in Buffalo and have not since 1979 but have lived and currently reside in an NFL city. The Xs and Os, they are only Xs and Os on a chalkboard. On the football field, they are players being coached by real human beings. We love shooting the messenger in Buffalo; 1999! And we are not even close in 2016, no coaching, no QB, horrendous scouting, and a fan base that will buy anything! Delusion runs amok!

You are correct, Whaley is not the problem nor is Rex, this is an organizational failure. This organization has a losing culture and it kills me when many on this board state the years before Whaley or Pegula don't count, they do. Horrible drafting, coaching, scouting; clean house and start over.

You're delusional! Talk to me in January and again in January 2018! If the organization is not restructured we will have the same old postings - wah! the Buffalo News write critical articles - come on! What are they suppose to write - we are one player away from the playoffs! Again, what are they suppose to write! What is local sports talk radio suppose to say! These are two failed organizations!
