Wrong right out of the gate; it was a necessary move and even if Darius beats the Bills with his individual effort, it was still the right move! Changing the culture means changing the culture, get over it! Bill Polian once stated the Bills hurt themselves over the long run by hanging onto fan favorites based on pure emotion...

Restructure putting Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago, and Green Bay into the "Great Lakes Division;" the new black and blue and play all games outdoors! It creates new regional rivalries, years ago watching the Bears, Packers, Lions and Browns slug it out on a cold gray day was great football!

Good question; but drafting in the 1980's produced some great players! But the Greg Bell trade seemed to set things in motion!

The 2017 Buffalo Bills are not a playoff team regardless if they get there or not; IMHO they have a nucleus and the big test is the coming off season and the draft; that will either validate the process or give ammunition to the naysayers. Me, at this point I am trusting the process and the continuing restructure of the organization or culture. 17 years of poor, lousy drafts cannot be fixed over night. Many years ago I had the good fortune of meeting the agent for one of the 1990 Buffalo Bills in Tampa; he spoke at length of the Bills as an organization and the winning professional culture; veterans wanted to go there. They can turn it around, just not this year!
