I can buy it in the local Food Lion here in Greensboro, NC.

I like Bud Light when I go to quarter draft night/college night at this local bar. Miller High Life is pretty good too. Guiness Draught is my favorite though.

Yeah i just noticed...no Tecmo Bowl or Super Tecmo Bowl The site lies about every video game I guess. Plenty of other classics in there though.

That's the beast....I had to use Game Genie to beat it and when I finally did I got that. I felt like that kid from A Christmas Story when he gets the decoder ring.
Pro Wrestling Starman was the best character to use on that one. The Amazon and his "foreign object" always made me laugh.

Another trick is sliding the cartridge to the left so it sits closer to the side of the NES. Though I'm shocked no one has mentioned Maniac Mansion, this game rocked. I know it's not an original NES title but still great. Another game I remember vidvidly (but never beat) was the Adventures of Bayou Billy but the hardest game I ever played was Friday the 13th which I never beat either.
Friday the 13th had the lamest ending ever...it showed Jason slouched on his ass like he was a drunk bum and it said something along the lines of Is Jason Really Dead? and then it went back to the title screen. I remember being very pissed off after lighting all the fireplaces in the cabins and finally defeating Jason.

But I was also very afraid of Christian Okoye because I usually tried to play with the bad teams like Indy and New England and their defenses had low hitting power. So a RB like Okoye with high hitting power would just run over my defenders if I couldn't personally get there in time to make a play.
Marion Butts on the Chargers was another rb that always seemed to give me trouble...
Anybody remember the cut scene they had when a player would come back from an injury and it would show him running out of the hospital with all his equipment on?

Yeah...and the only reason it failed was that George didn't want to pay a cent for it.
I like the Yankees, but anybody would have a tough time convincing me that they don't make enough money to build a stadium without any help from the state or NYC. In fact, I think you could say the same thing about the Jets.

Didn't they try to do the same thing to get a new stadium built for the Yankees right before Rudy's last term as mayor ended?

Me and my old man used to play the original Tecmo Bowl all the time when I was growing up...until we fired up the NES one Saturday morning and he beat me with the Cleveland Browns 42-0. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Kevin Mack on Tecmo Bowl. That was the last time we ever played it. I tried to get him into the Madden type games, but it takes way too much effort to have the same amount of fun we had playing the original Tecmo Bowl. 4 Play Playbook, 2 run plays, 2 pass plays and the defense just took a guess at what the offense was going to call. NES was good times for the 2 player games.

I can't be the only one who thinks that Serena Williams looks a lot like Morgan Freeman.

Tough call, I voted Flutie and Bledsoe. I'd much rather have Losman holding the clipboard for Bledsoe though. Flutie was a good qb for us, but didn't do very well as being a mentor/teacher and then a back up for Rob Johnson. I can understand why he didn't want to be the back up though.

I'm sure Belichick has already made plans, if not a promotion from within, I'm sure he'll figure something out. If the guy can get some of these players to play as well as they have, I'm sure he can do the same for some coaches. It's not like he's going to go out and get two Rich Kotite's, although it'd be nice if he did.

I didn't see it, did the Philly fans do their typical boo?
-
Should be a pretty good fight. Klitchsko is a good fighter, but I don't think he can handle Lennox Lewis. Then again, Ivan Drago gave Apollo Creed a pretty big ass kicking.

I don't really want any of these teams to win the Super Bowl....
A) I want Philly to lose. Sure we lost four super bowls, but at least we got there. If Philly loses today, they take the distinction of being the worst team in a big game from our SB year teams. I wish I could think of some clever acronym for EAGLES considering how many times I've heard the one for BILLS.
B) New England....enough said. I despise Miami, I hate the other two AFC East teams equally.
C) Pittsburgh, is there anybody who isn't a Steelers fan that actually likes the Steelers? The Steelers and their fans are right up there with Cowboys fans in terms of being annoying and band wagon jumping. Like stojan said, Roethlisberger can wait. Cowher wishes he was even close to being as good a coach as Belichick is.
D) I don't think Mike Vick is a good qb, but I won't hold that against Atlanta. They're from the NFC, they played the Rams to get to the Championship game. I think their defense is pretty good, but the team is overrated. I do think they beat Philly today in that bad weather. Dome team or not, they're going to play smash mouth football in the snow and TJ Duckett is the perfect player to do it with. Brian Westbrook running between the tackles 20 something times? I don't think so.
I honestly think NE is going to win again, and that makes me sick.

That's where I got my sig from....
@ the whole steak throwing scene. That movie is hilarious. Uncle Rico reminds me of my cousin Chris.

I hope Clarett doesn't even get drafted. I bet Mike Williams goes top 10, maybe even top 5.

It'll be interesting to see how it turns out...

Hockey? What's this hockey you speak of? But seriously, I did like the behind the net cam once in a while but I wouldn't like it if they did it constantly. I wish the NHL would've had a camera angle from the first row in the upper deck corner. That's the best seat in the house, and where pro scouts sit to watch games because you can see the entire playing surface.
