  1. It took them long enough. How many times had we heard an evaluation of a college QB include “but he didn’t play in a pro-style offense”? It made me start wondering if the NFL bylaws or bible stated that “Thou shalt only employ a Pro-Style Offense” I never understood why so many NFL coaches felt they had to change a QB instead of letting him run what he was good at.
  2. At least. He definitely shouldn’t be number 2.
  3. I just want to understand your reasons for your statement. There are too many Rat-publicans that blindly follow the Orange Pied Piper, I just want someone to give me a rational reason why they support him.
  4. The black is definitely appropriate for the Raiders but could use some silver.
  5. Wait, I get it. The key part of your statement was alive to witness. So, either you are like 7 years old so you were too young to relate to Obama or you’re in your 20s, went into a coma when George W was president and woke up in the last 3 years?
  6. It just amazes me how many brainwashed people there are. Are you being sarcastic or do you really believe this? If this is your belief, please give reasons why.
  7. Has anyone heard anything from Beane as to his approach for the draft and the RB position? I know he and McDermott have both made comments that they like Yeldon but him consistently being inactive last season doesn’t support that. So, last off-season, with McCoy already on roster, they added Gore and Yeldon in free agency. They also drafted Singletary in the 3rd round supposedly for the future, as for after McCoy’s contract would end after the 2019 season. Instead, they liked what they saw of Singletary so much that they let McCoy go and Singletary had a bigger role. Gore faded as the season wore on and isn’t likely to return, leaving Singletary and Yeldon. So, ignoring any difference in RB talent level for the 2020 draft vs the 2019 draft, would taking a RB with pick 54 in the 2nd round indicate to the fan base, team and most importantly Singletary that they needed better talent at the position? Since McDermott/Beane have said they don’t care where a player was drafted in building their roster and lineups, I would say it doesn’t matter. Since they’ve said they need more explosive playmakers, if a guy is available at 54 that they think fills that need and is perhaps BPA on their board, they likely wouldn’t hesitate to draft him.
  8. It’s too bad the Bills don’t have a need for interior linemen and I don’t care how his name is actually pronounced. To me it’s Bada$$. You can never have too many Bada$$’s on your team.
  9. So, what was so wrong when a reporter asked about the reports that small businesses were having difficulty getting loans. They didn’t deserve Trump’s response of “ That’s a nasty question. Why don’t you ask nice questions.” Then today he called a reporter a 3rd rate reporter that will never make it. The news anchor then pointed out that the reporter was the President of the White House Correspondents organization. Trump is an idiot who should be removed for incompetence. I think he’s also showing signs of dementia, going off tangent with stupid comments about non-Coronavirus subjects.
  10. I cannot accept your scale as I would give him a (-1).
  11. He answered “Cat, because they ignore you, do what they want and are sneaky.”
  12. It was my first game at the then Rich Stadium. My coldest game was the Bills/Jets in ‘96. Despite my traveling from California and my brother from Texas, we left after the 3rd Qtr. Concessions were out of hot chocolate in the 1st Qtr.
  13. I was there, in the pouring rain!
  14. Hopefully we can have a season if people stop being stupid and stay home so the virus doesn’t continue to spread to other states.
  15. If Singletary can’t handle a little competition, he should be doing something else.
  16. Aaah, he’s another smurf (5-9). They need a big back to complement Singletary.
  17. The Bills will NOT draft a place kicker.
  18. And on the road.
  19. Happy birthday, Terry! ????,
  20. Does anyone have confidence in our leaders to know how to properly administer the distribution of a vaccine? Many people believe the flu shot gives them the flu so they don’t bother getting it. The way it’s going with this virus, just about everybody will want the vaccine. That’s 330 million people. It could be chaos. The privileged may be first in line.
  21. Hopefully with someone other than the Orange Man occupying that big white house.
  22. And then, as with the Spanish flu of 1918, the virus could mutate and return with a vengeance in the fall and winter.
  23. I read a Sports Illustrated article a few months ago about helmets where they said the industry was taken over by marketing, with companies all claiming theirs was the best. Testing by consultants to SI were skeptical that helmets are as safe as they could be or any safer than in the past.
