I agree. It was just gamesmanship. Just like when a team is in victory formation and a defender pushes through. I like that they don’t just accept defeat. Maybe they could cause a fumble.

I remember when Bledsoe was QB for the Bills, I remember reports that they did a drill where he threw deep passes into garbage cans and he became very accurate at it. I wonder if they do that type of drill with Josh. Also, does i connect on deep passes in practice but gets too jacked up in games?

I don’t know what games you’ve been watching but Roberts has had several good returns this season. Now, today, he made a couple mistakes in running the ball out of the end zone on kickoffs. A touchback puts you at the 25 yard line. These days, returners rarely get there on kickoff returns out of the end zone. What we don’t know is if he was directed to do that or did it on his own. Usually the returners stand at the goal line and let the ball go if over their head.

I agree. This stuff gets ridiculous. He was just stating a fact. You just need to look at the picture posted above. His skin tone is similar to that of the ball. If it was a white QB, the ball would be easier to see.
