It was my first game at the then Rich Stadium. My coldest game was the Bills/Jets in ‘96. Despite my traveling from California and my brother from Texas, we left after the 3rd Qtr. Concessions were out of hot chocolate in the 1st Qtr.

I was there, in the pouring rain!

Hopefully we can have a season if people stop being stupid and stay home so the virus doesn’t continue to spread to other states.

If Singletary can’t handle a little competition, he should be doing something else.

Does anyone have confidence in our leaders to know how to properly administer the distribution of a vaccine? Many people believe the flu shot gives them the flu so they don’t bother getting it. The way it’s going with this virus, just about everybody will want the vaccine. That’s 330 million people. It could be chaos. The privileged may be first in line.

Hopefully with someone other than the Orange Man occupying that big white house.

And then, as with the Spanish flu of 1918, the virus could mutate and return with a vengeance in the fall and winter.

I read a Sports Illustrated article a few months ago about helmets where they said the industry was taken over by marketing, with companies all claiming theirs was the best. Testing by consultants to SI were skeptical that helmets are as safe as they could be or any safer than in the past.

Yes, the first time I saw that Rams logo, somebody posted a picture of a hat so I thought that was just some funky hat design. I was surprised to find out that it was truly their new logo. Maybe they used the same company as the Clippers to come up with that. Worst part is that the horn looks like a ‘C’

So, why did they drop the Titans down to 8.5 after making the AFC Championship game? They re-signed Tannehill and franchised Henry. Colts, Titans and Texans all about the same.

Remember back when Ricky Waters (and in the NBA, Latrell Sprewell) were insulted by contract offers because “they had to feed their families”. Neither played in their leagues again.

Tim Tebow was a great college quarterback who won championships. Just saying.

I read some comments by Vikings fans after the trade. I know they could be sour grapes because he’s no longer on their team so should be taken with grain of salt. In response to claims that Diggs was the best route runner in the NFL, they said he wasn’t even the best route runner on his team; Thielen was. They also mentioned if the ball wasn’t going to him, he’d end his routes prematurely. These Vikings fans also compared Diggs’ attitude, complaining and tweeting to Antonio Brown. Of course, many on here were willing to overlook those characteristics of Brown when trading for him was being discussed. Despite all of this, I think Diggs should be given a clean slate with the Bills and see how it goes. Hopefully the vets in the locker room will keep him in line and he won’t be a problem. His talents were sorely needed for the Bills’ passing game.
