Still, the Bills have to double team him and stop with that frustrating soft zone. Make someone else beat you. Right. The Bills rush 4 and there are 5 O-linemen and a QB, so that leaves 7 defenders covering 5 possible receivers. You can put 2 on Kelce

Rex Ryan told him.

Actually, I was listening to some sports talk show a couple weeks ago and they brought up McD as a candidate because of how he got the team thru all the issues. Peter King also mentioned him in FMIA.

Very good write-up on Josh Allen and the Bills this postseason

Yep, Steph Curry is another example. He’ll make some of the most head-scratching turnovers, then nail a 30 foot dagger to close out the game. -
What about his brother Adirondack, aka Ron?

He must use makeup on non-game days. In postgame interviews his cheeks are sunk and he looks bad. Other times it’s not as bad. HALLELUJAH !!!!!!!!

Halftime Adjustments a Myth! (Per Peyton Manning)
BobbyC81 replied to NoHuddleKelly12's topic in The Stadium Wall
Actually, halftime was reduced to 12 minutes a few years ago, making it unlikely to be able to do much of anything. It could’ve been an interesting segment to show on Hard Knocks in season. I only recall one segment this season where they were already in the locker room and Kingsbury was barking that they needed to get back out there. -
Classic exchange with Jim Harbaugh postgame “What’s your deal?”

Speaking of jacking up prices, I saw that the ‘get in’ price for the Super Bowl is $5500. That is absolutely positively undebatably insane. Someone could offer me free travel, lodging, food, drinks, souvenirs etc. and I wouldn’t pay that much.

I know I’m taking a risk of backlash here but… it’s still not as bad as that other futbol game which still operates like when time was kept with a sundial and it couldn’t be stopped.

Couldn’t or wouldn’t? I don’t understand how they determine that a guy can’t play special teams. Seems like it would be effort based. It also had to do with the Giants’ injuries at the position.

Josh Allen Bashers, what's your solution?
BobbyC81 replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, he owns the mistakes and says he needs to do better, then does the same things the next game. Like you said, he’s like Favre and we just have to accept it. If the Bills can make the playoffs most seasons and win a Super Bowl like Favre did for GB, we should all be happy. -
It seems that Daboll was able to rein Josh in some the prior 2 seasons. Now he seems to be out of control at times. He’s the opposite of Trent Edwards/Alex Smith. Without referencing any All22 and just based on what I see on TV replays, there are many plays where it’s like 3rd and 5 and the replay shows somebody was open at the sticks but he threw it 20 or 30 yards down the field. Sure it’s exciting when he hits those deep shots but there are times he doesn’t when he could’ve made a throw with higher probability of success. I guess we just have to accept he’s a gun slinger and there will be roses and warts.

Season end, how good are the Bills really?

Later I watched Giants/Vikes and saw Isaiah Hodgins catching everything thrown his way. -

Having watched the Bills and Niners the last few weeks, I think the Niners would kill the Bills in the Super Bowl. SF is more disciplined, make fewer mistakes, faster, tougher and I’d have to say are coached better. Josh would have no time to pass, Diggs would be smothered and they wouldn’t gain much running. Given 2 weeks to prepare, Shanahan would exploit all of the Bills weaknesses defensively. If you have trouble tackling the likes of Ahmed, Hill, Waddle, etc, what are they going to do vs McCaffrey, Deebo, Aiyuk and Kittle. Like everyone else, I hoped this was the year for the Bills, but I don’t see it. I also don’t see anyone beating the Niners. The addition of McCaffrey moved them up a notch to unbeatable. The Bills should’ve done whatever they needed to acquire him. When your offense, like the Niners, becomes that potent and gets leads, the defense can just be aggressive, which they already were. -
Tua ruled out vs Buffalo, Skylar Thompson expected to start

Not if they play that €#*^¥ pass defense they played against the Pats. Need to blitz the sh€# out of this youngster. -
If you guys change the channel when the Bills are on defense, how do you know when the offense is back on the field?
-
If the Bills advance to the Super Bowl, and the opponent is one of Philly, Niners or Dallas, Josh is in for a long day. He could get killed against those pass rushes.
